【摘要】：在過(guò)去的十年里,2008年北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)、2010年上海世博會(huì)、2010年廣州亞運(yùn)會(huì)的成功舉辦,不僅讓中國(guó)站在了世界舞臺(tái)的中央,傳播了中國(guó)的文化,也給中國(guó)留下了許多集最新建筑科技與藝術(shù)于一身的智能建筑,智能建筑行業(yè)也步入了一個(gè)輝煌的時(shí)代。 隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng),我國(guó)各行各業(yè)的企業(yè)信息化水平有了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步。作為重要的物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)部門(mén),中國(guó)建筑業(yè)的信息化程度一直低于其他行業(yè),也遠(yuǎn)低于發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的先進(jìn)水平。建筑智能化企業(yè)作為建筑類(lèi)企業(yè)的一員,集計(jì)算機(jī)、通訊、電子、自動(dòng)化等專(zhuān)業(yè)于一身,應(yīng)發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì),走在整個(gè)建筑業(yè)企業(yè)信息化的前列。 目前,針對(duì)建筑智能化企業(yè)的研究更多關(guān)注于工程項(xiàng)目施工管理,工程量清單與定額的比較、以及建筑智能化工程的質(zhì)量控制等。較少有人關(guān)注建筑智能化企業(yè)的一個(gè)項(xiàng)目從信息收集、立項(xiàng)、合同簽訂、設(shè)計(jì)深化、施工、竣工、維護(hù)到結(jié)束的整個(gè)過(guò)程管理信息化,即：市場(chǎng)、銷(xiāo)售、設(shè)計(jì)、施工、維護(hù)等站在企業(yè)管理層的角度觀察項(xiàng)目的信息化。 本文通過(guò)研究分析了當(dāng)前我國(guó)建筑智能化行業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題、建筑智能化企業(yè)面臨的問(wèn)題與信息化帶來(lái)的價(jià)值,提出信息化平臺(tái)構(gòu)建的重要性。通過(guò)一家建筑智能化企業(yè)(也是一家IT企業(yè))的業(yè)務(wù)流程與信息平臺(tái)作為研究對(duì)象,從這個(gè)企業(yè)一個(gè)建筑智能化項(xiàng)目的信息收集開(kāi)始至項(xiàng)目終止,研究在建筑智能化企業(yè)的信息平臺(tái)構(gòu)建過(guò)程中作者認(rèn)為信息系統(tǒng)所必需包含的軟件功能和硬件設(shè)施。通過(guò)對(duì)這個(gè)建筑智能化企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、銷(xiāo)售、招投標(biāo)、設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)化、采購(gòu),施工管理,質(zhì)量管理,人員管理,竣工驗(yàn)收管理,工程維護(hù)其及售后試運(yùn)行等工作流程環(huán)節(jié)的分析,并得出和實(shí)現(xiàn)了上述各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的信息系統(tǒng)軟件功能模塊與基礎(chǔ)硬件設(shè)施,同時(shí)研究了一些企業(yè)信息化時(shí)需要考慮的網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊與防范方面的問(wèn)題。希望借此對(duì)有些還未構(gòu)建信息平臺(tái)的建筑智能化企業(yè)一些啟示與參考,同時(shí)也與那些已經(jīng)初步構(gòu)建信息平臺(tái)的同行相互借鑒,共同完善和改進(jìn)這個(gè)行業(yè)的信息化程度,為我國(guó)這一行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)做出自己的一份貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, the successful hosting of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the 2010 Shanghai World Expo and the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games not only made China stand in the center of the world stage, but also spread its culture. China has also left behind a lot of the latest building technology and art in an intelligent building, intelligent building industry has entered a glorious era. With the rapid growth of Chinese economy, the level of enterprise informatization in various industries in China has made great progress. As an important material production sector, the informatization level of China's construction industry has been lower than other industries, but also far lower than the advanced level of developed countries. As a member of the construction enterprises, the intelligent building enterprises are specialized in computer, communication, electronics, automation and so on. They should give play to their own advantages and walk in the forefront of the informatization of the whole construction enterprises. At present, more attention has been paid to the construction management of engineering projects, the comparison between bill of quantities and quota, and the quality control of intelligent building projects. Less attention has been paid to the information collection, project establishment, contract signing, design deepening, construction, completion, maintenance to the end of the whole process management informationization of an intelligent building enterprise, that is, market, sales, design, construction, Maintenance and other stand in the perspective of enterprise management to observe the project information. Through the research and analysis of the problems existing in the industry of building intelligence in our country, the problems faced by the construction intelligent enterprises and the value brought by the informationization, the importance of constructing the information platform is put forward in this paper. Through the business process and information platform of an intelligent building enterprise (also an IT enterprise) as the research object, from the beginning of the information collection of an intelligent building project to the end of the project, In the process of building intelligent enterprise information platform, the author thinks that the software function and hardware facilities must be included in the information system. Through the analysis of the marketing, sales, bidding, design refinement, procurement, construction management, quality management, personnel management, completion and acceptance management, project maintenance and post-sales trial operation of this intelligent building enterprise, At the same time, the network architecture, data storage, network attack and prevention are studied. I hope to take this to give some enlightenment and reference to some building intelligent enterprises that have not yet constructed the information platform, and at the same time, to learn from each other with those colleagues who have already initially constructed the information platform, so as to jointly improve and improve the informatization degree of this industry. For our country this profession information construction to make own contribution.
