不同應(yīng)變率下Q345鋼材力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:利用INSTRON拉伸試驗(yàn)機(jī)和Zwick/Roell HTM5020型高速拉伸試驗(yàn)機(jī)對Q345鋼材進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)和高速拉伸試驗(yàn).采用ANSYS中的LS-DYNA模塊對不同加載速率下的拉伸試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行仿真模擬,通過試驗(yàn)與仿真相結(jié)合的方式獲得了鋼材的真實(shí)應(yīng)力應(yīng)變曲線.仿真結(jié)果顯示,Q345鋼的真實(shí)應(yīng)力應(yīng)變關(guān)系在低應(yīng)變率和高應(yīng)變率下可分別近似用Ludwik模型和Voce模型描述.通過采用Hollomon準(zhǔn)則和Voce準(zhǔn)則的線性組合模型(H/V-R模型)對試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合,驗(yàn)證了H/V-R模型能比較準(zhǔn)確地反映Q345鋼的應(yīng)變率效應(yīng),但和試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)仍稍有偏差.為得到更優(yōu)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)型本構(gòu)模型,將Wagoner的應(yīng)變率準(zhǔn)則引入H/V-R本構(gòu)模型,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化得到了可準(zhǔn)確反映Q345應(yīng)變率效應(yīng)的H/V-R2經(jīng)驗(yàn)型本構(gòu)模型.
[Abstract]:Quasi-static and high-speed tensile tests of Q345 steel were carried out by using Inston tensile tester and Zwick / Roell HTM5020 high speed tensile tester. The LS-DYNA module in ANSYS is used to simulate the tensile test under different loading rates. The real stress-strain curve of steel is obtained by combining the test and simulation. The simulation results show that the true stress-strain relationship of Q345 steel can be approximately described by Ludwik model and Voce model at low strain rate and high strain rate, respectively. By fitting the test data with the Hollomon criterion and Voce criterion linear combination model (H / V R model), it is verified that the H / V R model can accurately reflect the strain rate effect of Q345 steel, but there is still a slight deviation from the test data. In order to obtain a better empirical constitutive model, the strain rate criterion of Wagoner is introduced into the H / V-R constitutive model, and the H / V-R2 empirical constitutive model which can accurately reflect the strain rate effect of Q345 is obtained.
