廣州地鐵站內公共空間環(huán)境使用后評價研究

【摘要】:隨著城市的高速發(fā)展,交通問題也日益突出。地鐵憑借其高效、便捷、準時、容量大等優(yōu)點脫穎而出,日益成為改善城市交通緊張狀況的主要工具。而廣州地鐵不論線路條數(shù)、里程和服務在國內均處于領先地位,其站內公共空間的設計在國內有較強的代表性。 本文從建成換成環(huán)境主觀評價的角度出發(fā),將社會學、環(huán)境心理學和行為學研究思路融入到建筑學中,確立了地鐵站公共空間環(huán)境使用后評價方案;通過對具體的案例進行探索性研究之后,,本文采用提出問題——發(fā)現(xiàn)問題——分析問題——得出結論——提出優(yōu)化建議的思路,對具體案例進行分析,歸納地鐵站內空間的共性,以期搭建較為完善的地鐵站室內公用空間環(huán)境滿意度評價的體系。 研究對象確定為珠江新城站、公園前站、廣州火車站、五山站、崗頂站、北京路站等六個代表性站點。通過將文獻分析、實地走訪調研、問卷分析,結合統(tǒng)計分析、行為地圖的分析方法,筆者將定性和定量結合起來對乘客的滿意度進行評價和分析。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)大部分乘客對廣州地鐵站內公共空間的滿意度較高;但以珠江新城站、公園前站、廣州火車站為代表的換乘站和以五山站、崗頂站、北京路站過程站(非換乘站)有明顯的差別,非換乘整體滿意度換乘站高于換乘站;乘客對換乘站的關注的主要是功能及流線設計并且對其的滿意度較低,對非換乘站的關注主要是相關配套設施并且對其的滿意度較低;使用后評價作為一種科學的評估方法能有效地揭示乘客對地鐵站內公共空間的滿意度、發(fā)現(xiàn)地鐵站內公共空間所存在的問題、進而提出可實施的優(yōu)化建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the city, traffic problems are becoming increasingly prominent. With its advantages of high efficiency, convenience, punctuality and large capacity, subway has become the main tool to improve urban traffic stress. No matter the number of lines, mileage and service, Guangzhou Metro is in the leading position in China, and the design of public space in the station is representative in China. From the point of view of subjective evaluation of environment, this paper integrates the research ideas of sociology, environmental psychology and behavior into architecture, and establishes the post-evaluation scheme of public space environment of subway station. After the exploratory study of specific cases, this paper analyzes the specific cases by using the idea of putting forward questions-finding problems-analyzing problems-drawing conclusions-putting forward optimization suggestions. Generality of space in subway station is summarized in order to set up a satisfactory evaluation system of indoor public space in subway station. The subjects of this study are Pearl River New Town Station, Park Front Station, Guangzhou Railway Station, Wushan Station, Gangding Station and Beijing Road Station. Through literature analysis, field investigation, questionnaire analysis, statistical analysis and behavioral map analysis, the author combines qualitative and quantitative evaluation and analysis of passenger satisfaction. It is found that most of the passengers are satisfied with the public space in Guangzhou subway station, but the transfer stations represented by Pearl River New City Station, Park Front Station, Guangzhou Railway Station, and Wushan Station, Gangding Station, There are obvious differences in the process station (non-transfer station) of Beijing Road Station, the overall satisfaction of the transfer station is higher than that of the transfer station, and the passengers pay more attention to the function and streamline design of the transfer station and are less satisfied with it. The attention to the non-transfer station is mainly related to the related facilities and their low satisfaction; using post-evaluation as a scientific evaluation method can effectively reveal the passengers' satisfaction with the public space in the subway station. The problems of public space in subway station are found, and the feasible optimization suggestions are put forward.
