【摘要】：歷史文化村落包含豐富的物質(zhì)及非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn),具有較高的藝術(shù)研究及社會價值。隨著城市經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,城市用地不斷向外擴張,出現(xiàn)了兼有城市和鄉(xiāng)村兩方面特征的城市邊緣區(qū),位于邊緣區(qū)的歷史古村落保護與城市發(fā)展之間的矛盾越發(fā)尖銳。深圳鳳凰古村是位于城市邊緣區(qū)的歷史文化村落的典型代表,它位于深圳市寶安區(qū),是文天祥后人的聚集地,也是深圳保存規(guī)模最大最完好的古建筑群。鳳凰古村雖經(jīng)過一定的保護更新,但古村活力始終不可持續(xù),與城市在功能、空間和文化生活等方面仍存在較大隔閡,如何實現(xiàn)古村落與城市的良好互動是亟需解決的問題。生物學理論中的共生理論在多種學科里已被普遍應用。將共生理論引入并構(gòu)建古村落與城市的共生系統(tǒng),有利于古村落與城市建立良好的共生關(guān)系并協(xié)同發(fā)展。本文首先整理了共生理論中共生系統(tǒng)的三個要素,即共生單元、共生環(huán)境和共生模式,并解釋三者之間的相互作用關(guān)系,明確了共生的多樣性、互助互利性是判斷共生單元是否共生的依據(jù),并分析了共生理論對古村落保護更新研究的適用性及指導意義。其后論文結(jié)合共生理論研究與古村落保護更新的相關(guān)研究,明確古村落與城市共生的三要素內(nèi)涵,構(gòu)建古村落與城市共生系統(tǒng)及基于共生理論的保護更新策略體系。在此理論研究基礎(chǔ)上,論文對鳳凰古村與鳳凰社區(qū)共生的三要素現(xiàn)狀進行梳理并分析當前存在的共生問題。最后論文針對這些問題提出三大共生策略,即優(yōu)化共生模式以指導共生,強化共生環(huán)境以推動共生,協(xié)調(diào)共生單元以落實共生,并針對各策略提出進一步具體的保護更新措施。通過以上研究,論文期望完成基于共生理論的古村落保護更新策略的建構(gòu),完善古村落保護更新理論的研究,并以此指導鳳凰古村的保護性更新實踐,對類似的城市邊緣區(qū)歷史古村落的保護更新提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The historical and cultural villages contain rich material and intangible cultural heritage, and have high artistic research and social value. With the rapid development of the city economy, the urban land is expanding outwards continuously, and the urban fringe area has two features of both the city and the countryside. The protection of the historic villages in the border area is between the protection of the ancient villages and the urban development. The Shenzhen phoenix ancient village is a typical representative of the historical and cultural village located in the urban fringe area. It is located in Baoan District, Shenzhen, a gathering place for Wen Tianxiang, and the largest and most perfect ancient building group in Shenzhen. Although the ancient village has been protected and updated, the vitality of the ancient village is always unsustainable and the city is not sustainable. There is still a great gap in function, space and cultural life. How to realize the good interaction between ancient villages and cities is an urgent problem. The symbiosis theory in biological theory has been widely used in many disciplines. It is beneficial to the establishment of the symbiotic theory of symbiosis and the establishment of the symbiotic system of ancient villages and cities, which is beneficial to the establishment of ancient villages and cities. Good symbiotic relationship and synergistic development. This paper first collated three elements of symbiotic symbiotic system, namely symbiotic unit, symbiotic environment and symbiotic model, and explained the interaction relationship between the three, clarified the diversity of symbiosis, mutual benefit and mutual benefit was the basis for judging whether the co generation unit was symbiotic, and analyzed the symbiotic theory. The applicability and guiding significance of the study on the conservation and renewal of the ancient villages. Following the related research on the symbiotic theory and the renewal of the ancient village protection, the paper makes clear the three elements of the ancient village and the city symbiosis, and constructs the system of the ancient village and the city symbiosis system and the conservation renewal strategy based on the symbiotic theory. On the basis of this theoretical study, This paper analyzes and analyzes the current three elements of symbiosis between the phoenix ancient village and the Phoenix community. Finally, the thesis puts forward three symbiotic strategies for these problems, that is, to optimize the symbiosis mode to guide symbiosis, strengthen the symbiotic environment to promote symbiosis, coordinate the symbiosis single yuan to implement symbiosis, and to put forward further strategies for each strategy. Through the above research, the thesis hopes to complete the construction of the conservation renewal strategy of the ancient village based on the symbiotic theory, perfect the research of the conservation and renewal theory of the ancient village, and guide the conservation renewal practice of the ancient village of the Phoenix, and provide the reference for the similar protection and renewal of the historic villages in the urban fringe.
