【摘要】：商業(yè)的發(fā)展促成了人類(lèi)對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)與文明的進(jìn)步。隨著城市規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)，早期露天的集市已經(jīng)演變成為現(xiàn)代城市中的購(gòu)物中心、商業(yè)綜合體等等�，F(xiàn)如今，商業(yè)綜合體以其獨(dú)特的魅力吸引著人們聚集其中，，已經(jīng)成為都市生活不可或缺的部分，潮流的聚集地。 隨著人們消費(fèi)水平和生活水平的不斷提高，人們對(duì)于商業(yè)綜合體類(lèi)城市公共空間的舒適性要求越來(lái)越高，同時(shí)也帶來(lái)了大量的能耗消耗問(wèn)題。商業(yè)綜合體作為典型的城市公共建筑，其能源消耗問(wèn)題已經(jīng)解決建筑設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題的重要組成部分。對(duì)于商業(yè)綜合體的建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)研究不僅可以減少此類(lèi)建筑的能源消耗，緩解城市能源供給的緊張局面，同時(shí)還可以借助商業(yè)綜合體廣泛的社會(huì)影響力，在全社會(huì)范圍內(nèi)推廣建筑節(jié)能意識(shí)與節(jié)能知識(shí)。 本文以商業(yè)綜合體建筑節(jié)能問(wèn)題為主要研究對(duì)象，在大量文獻(xiàn)收集與實(shí)地調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用理論分析與歸納總結(jié)方法，對(duì)商業(yè)綜合體的建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)策略做了初步的探討。論文首先從公共建筑節(jié)能角度出發(fā)，針對(duì)商業(yè)綜合體建筑類(lèi)型能耗特征進(jìn)行了分析，并選取一定案例進(jìn)行了調(diào)研；其次，論文結(jié)合商業(yè)綜合體能耗特征與調(diào)研分析，對(duì)商業(yè)綜合體中影響建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行了探討；最后，本文結(jié)合相關(guān)因素分析，采用理論歸納與總結(jié)方法針對(duì)商業(yè)綜合體在總體布局、功能與空間、圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)與節(jié)能設(shè)備系統(tǒng)方面進(jìn)行了探討，并提出了利于建筑設(shè)計(jì)利用的被動(dòng)式與主動(dòng)式商業(yè)綜合體節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)策略。 本文從公共建筑節(jié)能現(xiàn)狀與需求角度出發(fā)，在調(diào)研分析基礎(chǔ)上針對(duì)商業(yè)綜合體建筑類(lèi)型展開(kāi)研究，結(jié)合相關(guān)影響因素分析，采用案例分析與理論總結(jié)方法，從建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)角度對(duì)影響商業(yè)綜合體能源消耗的相關(guān)問(wèn)題展開(kāi)探討，并提出了實(shí)用性的商業(yè)綜合體建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)策略。本文以此希望能夠在一定程度上對(duì)指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)代商業(yè)綜合體建筑的節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)提供一定指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The development of commerce has contributed to the progress of human economy and civilization. With the continuous expansion of urban scale and the rapid growth of social economy, the early open-air bazaars have evolved into shopping centers, commercial complexes and so on in modern cities. Nowadays, commercial complex attracts people to gather with its unique charm and has become an indispensable part of urban life. With the continuous improvement of people's consumption and living standards, people have higher and higher requirements for the comfort of commercial complex urban public space, but also bring a large number of energy consumption problems. As a typical urban public building, the energy consumption of commercial complex has been an important part of architectural design. The research on building energy-saving design of commercial complex can not only reduce the energy consumption of this kind of building, alleviate the tense situation of urban energy supply, but also make use of the extensive social influence of commercial complex. In the whole society to promote the awareness of building energy conservation and energy-saving knowledge. Based on a large amount of literature collection and field investigation, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the design strategy of building energy conservation of commercial complex by using the methods of theoretical analysis and induction and summing up, taking the problem of building energy conservation of commercial complex as the main research object. Firstly, from the perspective of energy conservation of public buildings, this paper analyzes the energy consumption characteristics of commercial complex buildings, and selects certain cases for investigation. Secondly, the paper combines the characteristics of energy consumption of commercial complex with research and analysis. This paper discusses the related factors that affect the design of building energy conservation in commercial complex. Finally, this paper combines the analysis of relevant factors, and adopts the theoretical induction and summary method to analyze the overall layout, function and space of the commercial complex. The envelope structure system and energy-saving equipment system are discussed, and the passive and active commercial complex energy-saving design strategies are put forward. From the point of view of energy saving and demand of public buildings, this paper studies the types of commercial complex buildings on the basis of investigation and analysis, combining with the analysis of relevant influencing factors, using the method of case analysis and theoretical summary. From the point of view of building energy conservation design, this paper discusses the related problems that affect the energy consumption of commercial complex, and puts forward the practical design strategy of commercial complex building energy conservation. This paper hopes to provide some guidance for the energy saving design of modern commercial complex buildings to a certain extent.
