【摘要】：本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)選題是鄭州輕工業(yè)學(xué)院科學(xué)校區(qū)綜合體育館設(shè)計(jì),是我在研究生期間在周凌工作室參與的實(shí)際投標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的深化設(shè)計(jì)。本次設(shè)計(jì)主要是在原投標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)方案的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行深化,重新設(shè)計(jì)立面,重點(diǎn)研究各種流線組織和立面構(gòu)造做法。本項(xiàng)目基地位于鄭州國(guó)家高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)中部,與東風(fēng)校區(qū)相距13.1公里。整個(gè)校區(qū)現(xiàn)已完成一期與二期工程建設(shè),包括本案綜合體育館在內(nèi)的三期工程正在進(jìn)行招投標(biāo)工作。本地塊用地面積：17000平方米；建筑面積：21000 m2；容積率1.2；功能要求：第一部分：綜合體育館,包含籃球館、排球館、羽毛球館、乒乓球館、健美操館、武術(shù)館、跆拳道館等。第二部分：風(fēng)雨操場(chǎng),包含籃球場(chǎng)與排球場(chǎng)。第三部分：教學(xué)辦公,包含院系辦公、教研室、實(shí)驗(yàn)室等。本文詳細(xì)敘述了方案設(shè)計(jì)的生成過(guò)程,通過(guò)分析案例,總結(jié)體育館建筑的功能空間以及流線的組織特點(diǎn),明確設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。通過(guò)對(duì)場(chǎng)地的研究,結(jié)合相關(guān)案例,得出建筑形態(tài)；結(jié)合功能空間結(jié)構(gòu),合理布置功能；根據(jù)功能布局,合理組織流線。以上工作成果進(jìn)行投標(biāo)方案設(shè)計(jì)。在投標(biāo)結(jié)束后,反思及優(yōu)化投標(biāo)方案立面,在此基礎(chǔ)上研究設(shè)計(jì)合理的立面形式及其構(gòu)造。對(duì)于南側(cè)立面,在玻璃幕墻的基礎(chǔ)上,在外加上陶土百葉,一則防止陽(yáng)光直射,二則減少夏季陽(yáng)光對(duì)室內(nèi)的熱輻射。對(duì)于除南側(cè)以外其他三側(cè)立面,探索一種新材料的運(yùn)用——PVC管立面,著重體現(xiàn)體育館在校園原有建筑以外體現(xiàn)出的創(chuàng)新精神。本設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于立面的構(gòu)造,考慮施工方便性和可行性,均采用模數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì),從龍骨到外掛材料都可在工廠進(jìn)行最大化的預(yù)制,在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的安裝調(diào)試即可。
[Abstract]:The topic of this graduation project is the comprehensive gymnasium design of Zhengzhou Light Industry University Science Campus. It is the deepening design of the actual bidding project that I participated in Zhouling Studio during my graduate school. This design is mainly based on the original bid design scheme, deepen, redesign the facade, focus on the study of various streamline organization and facade construction practices. The project is located in the middle of Zhengzhou National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, 13.1 km away from Dongfeng Campus. The whole campus has now completed the construction of the first and second phases of the project, and the third phase of the project, including this comprehensive stadium, is in the process of tendering and bidding. The area of this plot is 1: 17, 000 square meters; the floor area is 1: 21, 000 m2; the floor area is 1. 2; function requirements: part 1: comprehensive gymnasium, including basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, aerobics, martial arts, taekwondo, etc. The second part: wind and rain playground, including basketball court and volleyball court. The third part: the teaching office, including the department office, the teaching and research department, the laboratory and so on. This paper describes the generating process of the scheme design in detail, summarizes the functional space of the gymnasium building and the organizational characteristics of the streamline by analyzing the case, and clarifies the key points of the design. Through the research of the site, combined with the relevant cases, we can get the architectural form; combine the functional spatial structure, reasonable layout of the function; according to the functional layout, reasonable organization of streamline. The above work result carries on the bidding scheme design. After the tender is finished, the author rethinks and optimizes the facade of the bidding scheme, and on this basis, studies and designs the reasonable facade form and its structure. For the southern facade, on the basis of the glass curtain wall, the ceramic leaf is added to the outside, one is to prevent direct sunlight, the other is to reduce the indoor thermal radiation caused by the summer sun. For the other three facades except the south side, this paper explores the application of a new material, PVC pipe facade, and emphasizes on embodying the innovative spirit of the gymnasium outside the original campus building. For the construction of facade, considering the convenience and feasibility of construction, the design adopts modular design, from keel to external storage material can be maximized prefabricated in the factory, and simple installation and debugging can be carried out on the spot.
