【摘要】：添加了聚羧酸高效減水劑和礦物摻和料的混凝土性能得以很好改善,具有可控的流變性、較好的泵送性和工作性,并且能夠在低溫負(fù)溫條件下實(shí)現(xiàn)較高的早期強(qiáng)度。針對(duì)強(qiáng)度實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中混凝土內(nèi)部孔結(jié)構(gòu)和水化熱的發(fā)展規(guī)律進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,結(jié)果表明:超早強(qiáng)混凝土的細(xì)孔分布峰值偏左、偏高,其細(xì)孔結(jié)構(gòu)較致密,因此其強(qiáng)度更高。同時(shí),同強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的超早強(qiáng)混凝土與傳統(tǒng)混凝土對(duì)比,超早強(qiáng)混凝土的水化熱峰值更高。
[Abstract]:The properties of concrete with polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer and mineral admixture can be improved very well, with controllable rheology, good pumping property and workability, and high early strength can be realized at low temperature and negative temperature. The internal pore structure and the development law of hydration heat in the process of strength realization are studied experimentally. The results show that the peak value of fine pore distribution of ultra-early strength concrete is on the left and high, and the fine pore structure is denser, so its strength is higher. At the same time, the hydration heat peak value of ultra-early strength concrete is higher than that of traditional concrete.
