武漢市東湖片區(qū)綠色雨水基礎設施優(yōu)化策略研究

【摘要】:在我國快速城市化過程中,高強度的城市建設活動破壞了城市原有的水文循環(huán),城市雨洪安全面臨著威脅。頻繁發(fā)生的城市內(nèi)澇災害成為近年來社會各界關注的焦點問題。依靠“以排為主”的傳統(tǒng)排水方式已無法解決當下城市面臨的內(nèi)澇問題。國外一些發(fā)達國家也曾面臨同樣的城市問題,經(jīng)過長期的探索和發(fā)展逐漸形成若干個新型雨洪管理體系并在實踐過程中取得了較好的效果。其中,由綠色基礎設施發(fā)展而來的綠色雨水基礎設施是一種新興的綜合管理方式,為解決城市內(nèi)澇問題創(chuàng)造了新的途徑。本文在研究綠色雨水基礎設施雨水徑流管理作用機制的條件下,以武漢市東湖片區(qū)的內(nèi)澇問題為切入點,運用綠色雨水基礎設施的徑流管理理念,針對研究區(qū)存在內(nèi)澇問題分尺度提出相應的綠色雨水基礎設施優(yōu)化策略、手法及措施,從理論研究層面為研究區(qū)內(nèi)澇問題的解決提供支持。 本研究介紹了國內(nèi)外綠色雨水基礎設施的研究進展,傳統(tǒng)雨水基礎設施的特點,以及具有代表性的新型雨洪管理體系。對比研究綠色雨水基礎設施的雨水徑流管理優(yōu)勢,探討綠色雨水基礎設施優(yōu)化程序及方法內(nèi)容。以武漢市東湖片區(qū)為研究范圍,通過基礎資料分析、現(xiàn)場調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)問題和計算機景觀指數(shù)分析等方式,從宏觀到微觀,從整體到個體分析研究區(qū)內(nèi)綠色雨水基礎設施現(xiàn)存的問題。針對研究區(qū)現(xiàn)存問題,從區(qū)域布局結構、空間布局手法、場地措施三個層面提出研究區(qū)的綠色雨水基礎設施優(yōu)化策略、手法及措施。 研究提出通過優(yōu)化綠色雨水基礎設施的方法解決或緩解片區(qū)內(nèi)澇問題。利用景觀指數(shù)研究科學地分析城市透水下墊面與不透水下墊面的空間格局對系統(tǒng)城市排水壓力的影響。通過區(qū)域GSI空間布局結構的優(yōu)化以及總結歸納八種GSI空間布局手法,形成由“點、線、面”構成的從場地尺度到區(qū)域尺度的GSI網(wǎng)絡結構,緩解研究區(qū)內(nèi)澇問題。針對性的提出居住區(qū)、市政道路、商業(yè)廣場三類典型用地的場地層面GSI優(yōu)化模式及措施,為同類問題的解決提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid urbanization in China, the high intensity of urban construction activities destroy the original hydrological cycle of the city, and the safety of urban rain and flood is threatened. Frequent urban waterlogging disasters have become the focus of attention in recent years. The traditional drainage method based on drainage can not solve the problem of waterlogging in lower cities. Some developed countries have been faced with the same urban problems, after a long period of exploration and development, gradually formed a number of new rain flood management system and achieved good results in the process of practice. Among them, green Rain Water infrastructure developed from green infrastructure is a new comprehensive management mode, which creates a new way to solve the problem of urban waterlogging. In this paper, under the condition of studying the mechanism of runoff management of green Rain Water infrastructure Rain Water, taking the waterlogging problem in Donghu Lake area of Wuhan City as the breakthrough point, using the idea of runoff management of green Rain Water infrastructure, Aiming at the problem of waterlogging in the study area, this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies, techniques and measures for the optimization of green Rain Water infrastructure in order to provide support for the solution of the waterlogging problem in the study area from the theoretical level. This paper introduces the research progress of green Rain Water infrastructure at home and abroad, the characteristics of traditional Rain Water infrastructure, and the representative new rain flood management system. By comparing the advantages of Rain Water runoff management in green Rain Water infrastructure, the optimization procedures and methods of green Rain Water infrastructure are discussed. Taking the East Lake area of Wuhan City as the research scope, through the analysis of basic data, field investigation and finding problems and computer landscape index analysis, from macro to micro, From the whole to the individual analysis area green Rain Water infrastructure existing problems. In view of the existing problems in the study area, this paper puts forward the green Rain Water infrastructure optimization strategy, techniques and measures from three aspects: the regional layout structure, the spatial layout method and the site measures. The method of optimizing green Rain Water infrastructure is proposed to solve or alleviate the waterlogging problem. The influence of the spatial pattern of urban permeable underwater surface and impermeable underlying surface on the drainage pressure of the system city was analyzed scientifically by using the landscape index. By optimizing the regional GSI spatial layout structure and summing up eight GSI spatial layout techniques, the GSI network structure from site scale to regional scale is formed, which is composed of "points, lines and surfaces", and the waterlogging problem in the study area is alleviated. The GSI optimization model and measures of residential area, municipal road and commercial plaza are put forward to provide reference for solving similar problems.
