【摘要】:結(jié)合某實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)工程,對(duì)三分叉鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有限元分析。首先設(shè)計(jì)并應(yīng)用SOLIDWORKS建立考慮管徑、壁厚、倒角半徑、分叉角度等因素影響的計(jì)算模型,然后應(yīng)用ANSYS計(jì)算軸力和彎矩共同作用下節(jié)點(diǎn)的應(yīng)力狀態(tài),分析節(jié)點(diǎn)應(yīng)力分布特征及最大應(yīng)力出現(xiàn)的位置,并對(duì)影響節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能及破壞模式的參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)果表明:彎矩對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)最大應(yīng)力的影響顯著;三分叉鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)主要存在主管軸向屈服、主分管交界處局部屈曲、分管撕裂破壞等3種破壞模式,節(jié)點(diǎn)受軸力作用且管壁相對(duì)較厚的情況下,發(fā)生主管軸向屈服破壞;節(jié)點(diǎn)受軸力作用、支管直徑相對(duì)較大而管壁較薄的情況下,發(fā)生主分管交界處局部屈曲破壞;節(jié)點(diǎn)彎矩作用較大的情況下發(fā)生分管撕裂破壞。
[Abstract]:Combined with a practical structural engineering, the finite element analysis of the three bifurcation cast steel joints is carried out. First, the calculation model considering the influence of pipe diameter, wall thickness, chamfer radius and bifurcation angle was designed and applied to calculate the stress state of the joint under the joint action of axial force and bending moment by ANSYS, and the model was established by using SOLIDWORKS, which took into account the influence of pipe diameter, wall thickness, chamfer radius and bifurcation angle. The characteristics of joint stress distribution and the location of maximum stress are analyzed, and the parameters affecting the joint stress performance and failure mode are analyzed. The results show that the bending moment has a significant effect on the maximum stress of the joint, and there are three main failure modes, namely, axial yield, local buckling at the junction of the main pipe and tearing failure of the main pipe, etc. When the joint is subjected to axial force and the pipe wall is relatively thick, the axial buckling failure occurs in the case of the joint subjected to axial force, and the local buckling failure occurs at the junction of the main pipe when the diameter of the branch pipe is relatively large and the pipe wall is thin. When the bending moment of the joint is great, the tearing failure occurs.
