【摘要】：伴隨著城鎮(zhèn)化和城鄉(xiāng)一體化的迅猛推進(jìn)，傳統(tǒng)村落正在以驚人的速度消失，如何更為科學(xué)高效地對(duì)其開(kāi)展保護(hù)，極為重要且緊迫。傳統(tǒng)村落由于在格局、規(guī)模、風(fēng)貌的保存現(xiàn)狀往往不及古村落，受到的重視程度也遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不如古村落，對(duì)其開(kāi)展保護(hù)的研究也相對(duì)較少。本文認(rèn)為，傳統(tǒng)村落具有經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化、生態(tài)等方面的價(jià)值，不僅應(yīng)得到嚴(yán)格保護(hù)，而且應(yīng)依據(jù)價(jià)值的不同維度，開(kāi)展分類(lèi)保護(hù)、分層次管理和多元化利用。 蘇州的傳統(tǒng)村落數(shù)量多、分布廣，承載著大量的歷史信息，有著深厚的文化底蘊(yùn)，具有重要價(jià)值；但由于生產(chǎn)方式、社會(huì)環(huán)境的變遷，政策層面的影響，，認(rèn)識(shí)上、技術(shù)上的缺失，這些村落一方面?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的格局風(fēng)貌已經(jīng)發(fā)生了很大的改變，另一方面蕭條破敗、與現(xiàn)代生活不相適應(yīng)，淪落為“被遺忘的角落”，甚至已大量拆并消失。本文立足于歷時(shí)3個(gè)月對(duì)蘇州大量傳統(tǒng)村落開(kāi)展的深入調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)之上，通過(guò)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)村落總體特征和價(jià)值維度的全面分析，構(gòu)建了蘇州傳統(tǒng)村落價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和分類(lèi)模型，依據(jù)核心價(jià)值將蘇州分為傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)耕村落、歷史文化村落、田園人居村落和綜合型村落四種類(lèi)型，進(jìn)而分別探討了四種類(lèi)型傳統(tǒng)村落在保護(hù)過(guò)程中的差異化需求，并從保護(hù)的方向、內(nèi)容、方法幾個(gè)方面探討了每種類(lèi)型傳統(tǒng)村落的保護(hù)模式。論文選取蘇州三洋村、直塘社區(qū)、開(kāi)弦弓村、三家市村為典型案例，對(duì)四種類(lèi)型的傳統(tǒng)村落進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究，驗(yàn)證了理論框架及技術(shù)方法的可行性和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization and urban-rural integration, traditional villages are disappearing at an alarming speed. How to protect them more scientifically and efficiently is extremely important and urgent. Because of the traditional villages in the pattern, scale, style and features of the preservation of the status quo is often less than the ancient villages, the degree of attention to the ancient villages is far less than the ancient villages, and the research on its protection is relatively less. This paper holds that traditional villages have economic, social, cultural and ecological values, which should not only be strictly protected, but also be protected according to different dimensions of value. The traditional villages in Suzhou have a large number and wide distribution, bearing a large amount of historical information, with profound cultural background, and of great value. However, due to the changes in the production mode, the social environment, the influence of the policy level, and the cognition, Due to the lack of technology, on the one hand, the traditional pattern of these villages has changed greatly, on the other hand, the depression is not in harmony with modern life, and it has been reduced to a "forgotten corner", and has even been demolished and disappeared in large numbers. Based on the in-depth investigation of a large number of traditional villages in Suzhou for three months, this paper constructs the evaluation index system and classification model of Suzhou traditional villages through the comprehensive analysis of the overall characteristics and value dimensions of the traditional villages. According to the core value, Suzhou is divided into four types: the traditional farming village, the historical and cultural village, the pastoral settlement village and the comprehensive village. The protection mode of each kind of traditional village is discussed from the direction, content and method of protection. This paper selects Sanyo Village, Zhitang Community, Kaixian bow Village and Sanjia City Village in Suzhou as typical cases, and makes an empirical study on four kinds of traditional villages, and verifies the feasibility and practical value of the theoretical framework and technical methods.
