建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新關(guān)鍵影響因素與作用機理研究

【摘要】:摘要:我國工程建設(shè)規(guī)模和技術(shù)含量已居世界前列,但工程管理水平依然未能與之匹配,工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域仍是一個傳統(tǒng)、落后的產(chǎn)業(yè),建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新面臨一系列問題。解決這些問題,要加強對建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新關(guān)鍵影響因素及其作用機理等本質(zhì)規(guī)律的認(rèn)識。當(dāng)前研究熱點逐漸向工程項目視角轉(zhuǎn)變,建設(shè)工程與網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織、知識管理的結(jié)合,為建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新研究開辟了嶄新的領(lǐng)域,但現(xiàn)有研究并不系統(tǒng),一個重要的原因是缺乏完整的公認(rèn)的建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新的理論框架模型,也缺乏行之有效的研究方法。 本文基于工程哲學(xué)、復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新理論和組織演化理論,分析建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)及其運行規(guī)律,構(gòu)建建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)模型,提出本文研究的理論框架;谖墨I研究和調(diào)查研究,探索建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新關(guān)鍵影響因素:宏觀環(huán)境、工程需求、高管層支持與允諾、邊界跨越、資源投入、組織氛圍與文化、契約型管理、關(guān)系型管理和知識管理等9個關(guān)鍵因素;诮Y(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,揭示了建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新關(guān)鍵影響因素對創(chuàng)新績效的作用機理:工程需求對創(chuàng)新績效產(chǎn)生直接的推動和促進作用,宏觀環(huán)境通過作用于工程需求從而影響創(chuàng)新績效;高管層支持與允諾對建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新績效提升意義重大,組織資源投入需得到高管層支持與允諾,跨越組織邊界是建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新重要組織特征,其實現(xiàn)需要從培育組織氛圍與文化著手;契約型管理與關(guān)系型管理耦合共變,是提高知識治理能力的重要手段,合理的管理機制設(shè)計是提升知識治理能力的基礎(chǔ),溝通、協(xié)調(diào)等關(guān)系型管理是提升知識治理能力的重要保障,知識管理對建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新績效提升具有直接作用。提出了建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新績效的提升途徑:構(gòu)建建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新動力機制,營造良好的市場競爭環(huán)境,繼續(xù)深化投資建設(shè)體制改革,加大政府扶持力度,繼續(xù)堅持行業(yè)統(tǒng)籌;應(yīng)構(gòu)建建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織,加強系統(tǒng)集成商培育,強化業(yè)主主導(dǎo)地位,依托建設(shè)工程構(gòu)建協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺;應(yīng)構(gòu)建激勵相容、協(xié)同合作、動態(tài)反饋的管控體系。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于:在研究視角上打破了從技術(shù)視角、從行業(yè)和企業(yè)層面進行研究的傳統(tǒng),從建設(shè)工程視角、在工程項目層面探討建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新問題;構(gòu)建了建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)演化模型,探尋了建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新關(guān)鍵影響因素,揭示了這些因素對創(chuàng)新績效的作用機理。本文研究在處理工程創(chuàng)新與環(huán)境、工程創(chuàng)新與組織、工程知識管理等方面提供了新見解,對鐵路工程、城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等建設(shè)工程創(chuàng)新管理具有參考價值和借鑒意義。圖30幅,表35個,參考文獻138篇。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: the scale and technical content of engineering construction in our country have already occupied the forefront of the world, but the level of engineering management is still not matched with it, the field of engineering construction is still a traditional and backward industry, and the innovation of construction engineering is faced with a series of problems. To solve these problems, we should strengthen the understanding of the essential laws such as the key influencing factors and the action mechanism of construction engineering innovation. The current research focus has gradually changed to the perspective of engineering projects. The combination of construction engineering, network organization and knowledge management has opened up a new field for the research of construction engineering innovation, but the existing research is not systematic. An important reason is the lack of a complete and accepted theoretical framework model of construction engineering innovation, and a lack of effective research methods. Based on engineering philosophy, complex product system innovation theory and organization evolution theory, this paper analyzes the construction engineering innovation system and its running rules, constructs the model of construction engineering innovation system, and puts forward the theoretical framework of this paper. Based on literature research and investigation, this paper explores the key influencing factors of construction engineering innovation: macro environment, engineering demand, support and promise of senior management, border crossing, resource investment, organizational atmosphere and culture, contractual management, etc. Relational management and knowledge management are 9 key factors. Based on the structural equation model, this paper reveals the mechanism of the key influencing factors of construction engineering innovation on innovation performance: engineering demand directly promotes and promotes innovation performance. Macro environment affects innovation performance by acting on engineering demand; support and promise of executive level is of great significance to the improvement of construction project innovation performance, and organizational resource input needs support and promise from senior management level. Crossing organizational boundaries is an important organizational feature of construction engineering innovation, and its realization needs to start from cultivating organizational atmosphere and culture, and the coupling and co-transformation of contractual management and relational management is an important means to improve the ability of knowledge governance. Rational design of management mechanism is the basis of improving knowledge governance ability, communication, coordination and other relational management is an important guarantee to enhance knowledge governance ability. Knowledge management plays a direct role in improving the performance of construction engineering innovation. The paper puts forward the ways to improve the performance of construction engineering innovation: constructing the motive mechanism of construction engineering innovation, creating a good market competition environment, continuing to deepen the reform of investment and construction system, increasing the government support, and continuing to insist on the overall planning of the industry; It is necessary to construct the network organization of innovation in construction engineering, strengthen the cultivation of system integrators, strengthen the dominant position of owners, build a collaborative innovation platform based on construction projects, and construct a management and control system with incentive compatibility, cooperative cooperation and dynamic feedback. The innovation of this paper lies in: breaking the tradition of research from the perspective of technology, industry and enterprise, from the perspective of construction engineering, from the level of engineering project to explore the problem of construction engineering innovation; The evolution model of construction engineering innovation system is constructed, the key factors of construction engineering innovation are explored, and the mechanism of these factors on innovation performance is revealed. This paper provides new ideas in dealing with engineering innovation and environment, engineering innovation and organization, engineering knowledge management and so on, which has reference value and reference significance for railway engineering, urban infrastructure and other construction engineering innovation management.
