腹板開孔復(fù)雜卷邊槽鋼軸壓構(gòu)件穩(wěn)定性能研究

【摘要】:隨著新型截面形式的出現(xiàn)以及超薄、高強(qiáng)鋼材的應(yīng)用,帶來了許多新的穩(wěn)定問題,如不同截面形式受壓構(gòu)件的局部、畸變和整體相關(guān)屈曲下的極限承載力問題,以及相應(yīng)屈曲模式對構(gòu)件變形性能的影響問題等。同時,隨著構(gòu)件截面形式的復(fù)雜化,畸變屈曲將對構(gòu)件的極限承載力起到控制作用。目前,國內(nèi)外對不開孔冷彎薄壁型鋼軸壓構(gòu)件的研究已較為成熟,而對開孔軸壓構(gòu)件還有待深入研究。且開孔構(gòu)件的研究多集中在普通卷邊槽鋼截面上,對復(fù)雜卷邊開孔軸壓構(gòu)件的研究較為少見。針對目前的研究現(xiàn)狀,本文以不同截面形式的腹板開孔薄壁鋼軸壓構(gòu)件為研究對象,分別對復(fù)雜卷邊槽鋼、∑形復(fù)雜卷邊槽鋼兩種截面形式,共10根腹板開孔軸壓簡支柱進(jìn)行了承載力試驗。研究了此類復(fù)雜截面軸心受壓構(gòu)件的極限承載力、失穩(wěn)模式及變形等特性。試驗結(jié)果表明,與相同用鋼量下的腹板開孔復(fù)雜卷邊槽鋼相比,腹板開孔∑形復(fù)雜卷邊槽鋼軸壓構(gòu)件的承載效率可提高30%~50%左右。與相同條件下的不開孔軸壓構(gòu)件變形相比,開孔構(gòu)件的破壞模式基本不變,但破壞位置多發(fā)生在孔洞附近。利用ANSYS有限元軟件對試驗進(jìn)行模擬分析,模擬結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果吻合良好。以此為基礎(chǔ),采用有限元模擬對比了相同截面形式下腹板開孔和不開孔軸壓構(gòu)件的承載效率和應(yīng)力云圖,結(jié)果表明,與同截面的不開孔構(gòu)件相比,腹板開孔復(fù)雜卷邊槽鋼的承載效率平均下降6.15%,腹板開孔∑形復(fù)雜卷邊槽鋼的承載效率平均下降25.57%?锥吹拇嬖诟淖兞藰(gòu)件的應(yīng)力分布情況,較大應(yīng)力區(qū)域和最大應(yīng)力點均出現(xiàn)在孔洞附近。此外,改變翼緣寬度、板材厚度、構(gòu)件長度等參數(shù),對共36根變參數(shù)開孔構(gòu)件進(jìn)行模擬分析研究。研究結(jié)果表明,翼緣寬度的增大會加大應(yīng)力云圖中翼緣的較大應(yīng)力范圍。板材厚度的增加會加大開孔構(gòu)件孔洞處的變形幅度。構(gòu)件長度的改變會影響構(gòu)件的屈曲半波長度,進(jìn)而改變構(gòu)件的失穩(wěn)模式。同時,研究了國外計算特定截面形式開孔構(gòu)件極限承載力的DSM法,并采用此計算方法計算了18個腹板開孔復(fù)雜卷邊槽鋼截面構(gòu)件的極限承載力,發(fā)現(xiàn)計算結(jié)果與模擬結(jié)果較為接近。拓展了DSM計算方法的適用范圍。
