【摘要】：城市公園綠地是城市建設(shè)的主要組成部分,同時也是城市居民的主要休閑娛樂空間,因其優(yōu)美的環(huán)境、豐富的設(shè)施而成為眾多老年人首選的戶外場所。隨著社會文明的不斷前進(jìn)與發(fā)展,我國老齡化人口也迎來了前所未有的規(guī)模。如何讓越來越多的老年人在公園綠地中尋求到更適宜他們停留、活動的場地,解決他們?nèi)找嬖鲩L的各類需求和公園設(shè)施不足的矛盾成為了我們急需面對的課題。 本文針對老年人在哈爾濱市中心城區(qū)典型公園中使用狀況這一課題進(jìn)行了研究,以老年人相關(guān)理論及使用后狀況評價理論作為理論基礎(chǔ),選取哈爾濱市清濱公園、靖宇公園和兆麟公園作為研究對象,采用實(shí)地觀察、訪談結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查方法進(jìn)行詳細(xì)調(diào)研,對觀察內(nèi)容和問卷問題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),通過對調(diào)查結(jié)果的分析,掌握了老年人行為特征,并獲得了老年人對公園的區(qū)位環(huán)境、景觀要素、服務(wù)設(shè)施和經(jīng)營管理的心理感受與評價。 然后,對三個公園中的老年人使用情況進(jìn)行了橫向比較,對比出它們之間的共性與差異。在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出影響老年人在公園中使用的因素即：老年人行為特點(diǎn)、公園地理位置、功能布局、景觀環(huán)境、服務(wù)設(shè)施和經(jīng)營管理六大方面。同時,進(jìn)一步總結(jié)出哈爾濱市公園綠地中存在的問題,并提出了優(yōu)化建議。在設(shè)計(jì)方面,提出了整體性、空間多樣性、實(shí)用性、無障礙設(shè)計(jì)等原則,并且針對道路、植物、建筑、休息設(shè)施、衛(wèi)生設(shè)施、觀賞設(shè)施、健身設(shè)施和冬季景觀幾方面的具體設(shè)計(jì)提出了相應(yīng)要求。在管理方面,提出了加大資金投入、加強(qiáng)管理力度和完善政策體系、增強(qiáng)服務(wù)意識兩大方面的建議。
[Abstract]:Urban park green space is the main part of urban construction, and it is also the main leisure and entertainment space of urban residents. Because of its beautiful environment and rich facilities, urban park green space has become the first choice outdoor place for many elderly people. With the continuous progress and development of social civilization, China's aging population has ushered in an unprecedented scale. How to let more and more old people find more suitable places for them to stay in the park green space, and how to solve the contradiction between their increasing demand and insufficient park facilities has become an urgent task for us to face. In this paper, the use of the elderly in the typical park in the central city of Harbin is studied. Based on the related theory of the elderly and the theory of post-use evaluation, the paper selects Qingbin Park in Harbin as the theoretical basis. Jingyu Park and Zhaolin Park as research objects, using field observation, interviews and questionnaire survey method to carry out a detailed investigation, the observation content and questionnaire questions were systematically designed, through the analysis of the results of the survey. The author grasps the behavior characteristics of the elderly, and obtains the psychological feeling and evaluation of the park's location environment, landscape elements, service facilities and management. Then, the use of the elderly in the three parks was compared horizontally, and the similarities and differences between them were compared. On this basis, the factors that affect the use of the elderly in the park are summarized, that is, the behavior characteristics of the elderly, the geographical location of the park, the function layout, the landscape environment, the service facilities and the operation and management. At the same time, the existing problems in Harbin park green space are summarized, and suggestions for optimization are put forward. In terms of design, the principles of integrity, spatial diversity, practicability, accessibility design, etc., are proposed, and for roads, plants, buildings, rest facilities, sanitation facilities, viewing facilities, Fitness facilities and winter landscape several aspects of the specific design of the corresponding requirements. In the aspect of management, some suggestions are put forward, such as increasing the investment of funds, strengthening the management, perfecting the policy system and strengthening the consciousness of service.
