【摘要】：隨著風(fēng)景園林成為一級(jí)學(xué)科、康復(fù)花園研究的深入、休療養(yǎng)事業(yè)的發(fā)展，休療養(yǎng)院戶(hù)外不同使用空間景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)研究是時(shí)代需求。杭州市具有江南典型的地域及文化特征，其休療養(yǎng)院戶(hù)外空間通過(guò)自然景觀(guān)與人文景觀(guān)融合，改善使用者身體及心理狀況，達(dá)到景觀(guān)療養(yǎng)的目的。 筆者對(duì)杭州市休療養(yǎng)院進(jìn)行全面走訪(fǎng)，對(duì)其發(fā)展歷程及發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行了研究，并總結(jié)出與區(qū)域外租（商務(wù)、旅游休閑）相結(jié)合、與醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)相結(jié)合、改建為酒店三種發(fā)展模式，并對(duì)不同的休療養(yǎng)院提出適合其發(fā)展的模式建議。 通過(guò)對(duì)比分析，選擇不同發(fā)展模式的中國(guó)人民解放軍杭州療養(yǎng)院、杭州海軍療養(yǎng)院、杭州望江山療養(yǎng)院、杭州市職工休養(yǎng)院4家療養(yǎng)院為重點(diǎn)研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)地調(diào)研、行為注記、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等方法，基于不同空間調(diào)研結(jié)果、不同使用空間中的人的行為模式研究與問(wèn)卷分析，指出其在選擇不同發(fā)展模式、尊重地域景觀(guān)，借景院外空間、建設(shè)人文養(yǎng)生景觀(guān)、利用地勢(shì)優(yōu)勢(shì)，營(yíng)造小氣候空間四方面值得借鑒，存在空間易受干擾，要素配置不科學(xué)，水景形式不夠豐富，親水空間建設(shè)缺乏、戶(hù)外空間中康復(fù)性特征不明顯、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不完善，人性化設(shè)計(jì)欠缺四方面問(wèn)題，并針對(duì)性的提出減少空間干擾、強(qiáng)化空間感知、豐富空間層次，科學(xué)配置空間要素、豐富水景形式，增設(shè)親水空間、完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，，健全通用設(shè)計(jì)、借景院外空間，引入特色景觀(guān)、營(yíng)造療養(yǎng)氛圍，加強(qiáng)文化建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)康復(fù)空間建設(shè)，引入園藝治療師七項(xiàng)改善優(yōu)化策略。 文章最后，以望江山療養(yǎng)院為對(duì)象，考慮長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展，以豐富空間層次，完善空間要素、豐富水景形式，增加親水空間、引入園藝療法空間，融入中醫(yī)療養(yǎng)文化、加強(qiáng)養(yǎng)生文化建設(shè)，增加療養(yǎng)氛圍、完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，健全通用設(shè)、豐富植物層次，增加植物種類(lèi)六方面對(duì)望江山療養(yǎng)院戶(hù)外空間進(jìn)行改造設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐，探索優(yōu)化策略在實(shí)踐中的運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:With the development of landscape architecture as a first class subject, the research of rehabilitation garden and the development of recuperation, it is the need of the times to study the landscape design of different use of outdoor space in the recuperation home. Hangzhou has typical regional and cultural characteristics in the south of the Yangtze River. The outdoor space of its sanatorium can improve the physical and psychological status of the users through the integration of natural landscape and humanistic landscape. In order to achieve the purpose of landscape convalescence, the author made a comprehensive visit to Hangzhou Xiu sanatorium, studied its development course and development model, and summed up the combination with regional rent (business, tourism and leisure), and with medical institutions. The hotel was transformed into three kinds of development models, and suggestions were put forward for different rest nursing homes. Through comparative analysis, the Hangzhou sanatorium of the Chinese people's Liberation Army and the Hangzhou Naval sanatorium of the Chinese people's Liberation Army were selected. Hangzhou Wangjiangshan sanatoriums, Hangzhou workers' recuperation homes, four sanatoriums as the key research objects, based on different spatial survey results, through field investigation, behavior notes, questionnaire survey and other methods, The research and questionnaire analysis on the behavior patterns of people in different use spaces point out that they are choosing different development models, respecting the regional landscape, borrowing the space outside the courtyard, building the landscape of human health, and utilizing the advantage of terrain. The four aspects of creating microclimate space are worthy of reference: the space is easily disturbed, the essential elements are unscientific, the form of waterscape is not rich enough, the construction of hydrophilic space is lacking, the rehabilitative characteristics in outdoor space are not obvious, and the infrastructure is not perfect. The humanization design lacks four aspects problems, and pertinently proposes to reduce the space interference, strengthen the spatial perception, enrich the spatial level, scientifically configure the space elements, enrich the waterscape form, add the hydrophilic space, perfect the infrastructure, Perfect the general design, take advantage of the space outside the hospital, introduce the characteristic landscape, build the recuperation atmosphere, strengthen the cultural construction, strengthen the rehabilitation space construction, introduce the horticultural therapists seven improvement and optimization strategies. Finally, take Wangjiangshan sanatorium as the object, Considering long-term development, enriching spatial levels, perfecting spatial elements, enriching waterscape forms, increasing hydrophilic space, introducing horticultural therapy space, integrating Chinese medicine recuperation culture, strengthening health culture construction, increasing recuperation atmosphere, and perfecting infrastructure, Improve the general design, enrich the plant level, increase the plant species in six aspects of the Wangjiangshan sanatorium outdoor space design practice, explore the application of optimization strategy in practice.
