【摘要】：社區(qū)是城市的基本構(gòu)成，城市社區(qū)公園是社區(qū)的重要構(gòu)成要素。社區(qū)公園作為城市居民頻繁開展休閑娛樂的場所，對社區(qū)居民的生理和心理健康有著直接影響。在城市建設(shè)快速推進(jìn)過程中，城市中社區(qū)公園的數(shù)量和設(shè)計(jì)管理質(zhì)量都有所提高。目前關(guān)于社區(qū)公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的研究日漸增多，設(shè)計(jì)師的設(shè)計(jì)方法也逐步提高，但是社區(qū)公園建成后的使用效果卻往往達(dá)不到設(shè)計(jì)的期望值，，部分空間使用率低下，并伴有空間誤用現(xiàn)象。要設(shè)計(jì)出滿足城市居民休閑娛樂需求的社區(qū)公園空間，就必須通過對使用者需求的理性分析，確定社區(qū)公園功能，按功能需求把道路、綠化、各種配套設(shè)施進(jìn)行合理的布置，并充分考慮各種空間元素，追求有特色的社區(qū)公園空間，使城市居民獲得豐富而有內(nèi)涵的空間體驗(yàn)。 本文選擇重慶動步公園這一城市社區(qū)級公園作為研究對象，行為注記為主要研究手段，記錄社區(qū)公園內(nèi)使用者的游憩行為，分析使用者的行為體驗(yàn)在城市社區(qū)公園空間環(huán)境中的表現(xiàn)，總結(jié)不同游憩行為的空間分布，重點(diǎn)分析使用行為與空間環(huán)境的關(guān)系。指出促進(jìn)使用者使用的城市社區(qū)公園公共空間營造的注意事項(xiàng)，對構(gòu)建更具活力和人性化的城市社區(qū)公園空間環(huán)境具有一定的借鑒意義。本文主要分六個(gè)部分： 第一部分為研究緒論，包括文章的研究背景、目的和意義，回顧了國內(nèi)外社區(qū)公園的演變與發(fā)展、公園空間與使用行為的研究進(jìn)展，進(jìn)而確定研究內(nèi)容，建立研究框架。 第二部分為城市社區(qū)公園使用者行為與空間環(huán)境的研究綜述。首先明晰城市社區(qū)公園的概念和與城市綜合公園的不同，然后總結(jié)使用群體的行為特征，其次對行為活動進(jìn)行分類研究，而后詳細(xì)說明環(huán)境中的行為規(guī)律，建立行為主體與空間環(huán)境間的聯(lián)系，最后介紹了論文研究的方法基礎(chǔ)，為下一步的調(diào)研分析奠定理論和方法基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分為本次研究的研究設(shè)計(jì)和具體的研究方法。依次闡述本次研究架構(gòu)、研究設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)研地點(diǎn)與對象的選取和數(shù)據(jù)獲取的全過程。 第四部分為重慶動步公園使用者空間行為的實(shí)證研究。通過數(shù)據(jù)間的分類討論，對重慶動步公園使用特點(diǎn)，使用者、使用時(shí)間與使用行為的構(gòu)成進(jìn)行分析，使用行為注記圖展示使用者和使用行為的空間分布情況，分析主客體因素對行為的影響，綜合判斷動步公園現(xiàn)階段的使用情況。 第五部分為重慶動步公園使用者行為與空間環(huán)境的分析。從使用者與公園功能、公園功能與使用行為、使用行為與空間支持三個(gè)方面層層遞進(jìn)，歸納總結(jié)不同類型行為的特征和與之相適應(yīng)的的空間特征。 第六部分為結(jié)論與展望。對本文的結(jié)論進(jìn)行歸納，提出促進(jìn)使用者使用的城市社區(qū)公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)思考，并指出論文的不足之處和今后進(jìn)一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Community is the basic composition of the city, and the urban community park is an important component of the community. Community parks, as places where urban residents frequently develop leisure and entertainment, have a direct impact on the physical and mental health of community residents. During the rapid development of urban construction, the quantity of community parks and the quality of design and management have been improved. At present, the research on the planning and design of community parks is increasing day by day, and the design methods of designers are also gradually improved. However, after the completion of the community parks, the use effect is often not up to the expected value of the design, and part of the space utilization rate is low. And accompanied by space misuse phenomenon. In order to design a community park space to meet the needs of urban residents, it is necessary to determine the function of the community park through rational analysis of the needs of the users, and to arrange the roads, greening and various supporting facilities reasonably according to the functional needs. And fully consider all kinds of space elements, pursue the characteristic community park space, so as to make the city residents get rich and intension space experience. This paper chooses Chongqing Mobile Park, a city community park, as the research object. The behavioral note is the main research method to record the recreational behavior of the users in the community park, to analyze the behavior experience of the user in the space environment of the urban community park, and to summarize the spatial distribution of different recreational behaviors. The relationship between use behavior and space environment is analyzed. It is pointed out that the matters needing attention in the construction of public space of urban community parks which are promoted by users have certain reference significance for the construction of more dynamic and humanized space environment of urban community parks. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction of the research, including the research background, purpose and significance of the article, review the evolution and development of community parks at home and abroad, the research progress of park space and use behavior, and then determine the research content. The second part is a summary of the research on user behavior and spatial environment of urban community parks. Firstly, the concept of urban community park and its difference from the urban comprehensive park are clarified, then the behavior characteristics of the user group are summarized, and then the behavior activities are classified, and then the behavior rules in the environment are explained in detail. Finally, the paper introduces the method basis of the research, which lays a theoretical and methodological foundation for the next research and analysis. The third part is the research design and specific research methods of this study. In turn, this research framework, research design, research location and object selection and the whole process of data acquisition. The fourth part is the empirical research on the spatial behavior of users in Chongqing Mobile Park. Through the classification discussion among the data, this paper analyzes the use characteristics, users, usage time and use behavior of Chongqing Mobile Park, and shows the spatial distribution of users and use behavior by using behavior notes. The fifth part is the analysis of the behavior and space environment of the users of the park in Chongqing. From three aspects: user and park function, park function and use behavior, use behavior and space support, the author summarizes the characteristics of different types of behavior and corresponding spatial characteristics. The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect. The conclusions of this paper are summarized, and the planning and design of urban community parks that promote the users' use are put forward, and the shortcomings of the paper and the direction of further research are pointed out.
