【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會和文化的不斷發(fā)展,人們的生活節(jié)奏緊張而繁忙,為了釋放壓力、舒緩情緒,急需休閑放松的環(huán)境來進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。而處于城市近郊的古鎮(zhèn),正成為人們節(jié)假日的首選；但是大部分現(xiàn)存的古鎮(zhèn),其景觀和功能都較單一,某些方面還存在缺失,完全不能滿足人們的度假需求,這就需要在保護(hù)古鎮(zhèn)原始風(fēng)貌的基礎(chǔ)上,對其進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的考慮和規(guī)劃,重新進(jìn)行打造,形成全新的古鎮(zhèn)景觀,這樣不僅能增強(qiáng)古鎮(zhèn)的吸引力,而且能有效的調(diào)動古鎮(zhèn)的旅游資源。本文選取實(shí)際案例一一成都市金堂縣五鳳古鎮(zhèn)的景觀規(guī)劃作為研究對象。運(yùn)用AVC理論,參考五鳳古鎮(zhèn)的景觀資源,選定AVC三力的評價(jià)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建五鳳古鎮(zhèn)景觀評價(jià)系統(tǒng)；邀請城市規(guī)劃、景觀設(shè)計(jì)、古建設(shè)計(jì)、生態(tài)學(xué)、旅游規(guī)劃的專家對其打分,根據(jù)打分結(jié)果計(jì)算出五鳳古鎮(zhèn)的權(quán)重值；通過權(quán)重對五鳳古鎮(zhèn)的現(xiàn)狀景觀進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià),探討AVC理論的吸引力、生命力和承載力與五鳳古鎮(zhèn)之間的關(guān)系,并根據(jù)三力的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,有針對性的對五鳳古鎮(zhèn)的景觀進(jìn)行重新規(guī)劃,以AVC三力的提升作為規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)五鳳古鎮(zhèn)景觀的提升。通過理論和實(shí)踐的結(jié)合,不僅是對AVC理論體系的進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)充,而且為五鳳古鎮(zhèn)的景觀規(guī)劃提供了理論依據(jù)。結(jié)合五鳳古鎮(zhèn)復(fù)雜的山地地形,利用GIS技術(shù)對五鳳古鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行坡度坡向、高程的分析：全方位的掌握規(guī)劃地的實(shí)際情況,對古鎮(zhèn)的功能分區(qū)、建筑布局、植物配置、交通組織規(guī)劃等提供科學(xué)的參考依據(jù),使整個(gè)景觀規(guī)劃更加貼近實(shí)際,更加的合理。GIS技術(shù)在五鳳古鎮(zhèn)景觀規(guī)劃中的應(yīng)用,不僅拓展了GIS技術(shù)在景觀規(guī)劃中的應(yīng)用范圍,而且還擴(kuò)展了傳統(tǒng)園林規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容。將AVC理論與GIS技術(shù)的結(jié)合運(yùn)用在古鎮(zhèn)景觀的規(guī)劃中,既是對AVC理論和GIS技術(shù)在景觀規(guī)劃方面的擴(kuò)展,同時(shí)也是對理論和技術(shù)更深的挖掘。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, society and culture in our country, the rhythm of people's life is tense and busy. In order to release the pressure and relieve the emotion, it is urgent to adjust the relaxed environment. The ancient towns in the suburbs of the city are becoming the first choice for people's holidays. However, most of the existing ancient towns have a relatively simple landscape and function, and some aspects are still missing, and they are completely unable to meet people's holiday needs. On the basis of protecting the original style and features of the ancient town, it is necessary to consider and plan it scientifically and reasonably, to rebuild it and to form a brand new landscape of the ancient town, which not only enhances the attraction of the ancient town, but also enhances the attraction of the ancient town. And can effectively mobilize the ancient town of tourism resources. This article selects the actual case-Chengdu Jintang County Wufeng ancient town landscape planning as the research object. By using AVC theory, referring to the landscape resources of Wufeng ancient town, selecting the evaluation index of three forces of AVC, constructing the landscape evaluation system of Wufeng ancient town, inviting experts in urban planning, landscape design, ancient architecture design, ecology and tourism planning to rate it, The weight value of Wufeng ancient town is calculated according to the score result, and the comprehensive evaluation of Wufeng ancient town's present landscape is carried out through the weight, and the attraction of AVC theory, the relationship between vitality and bearing capacity and Wufeng ancient town are discussed. According to the current situation of the development of the three forces, the landscape of Wufeng ancient town was replanned, and the promotion of the three forces of AVC was taken as the goal of the planning and design, and the whole landscape of Wufeng ancient town was finally realized. The combination of theory and practice not only expands the theoretical system of AVC, but also provides a theoretical basis for the landscape planning of Wufeng ancient town. Combined with the complex mountainous terrain of Wufeng ancient town, the slope direction and elevation of Wufeng ancient town are analyzed by using GIS technology: grasp the actual situation of the planning area, the function partition, the architectural layout, the plant configuration of the ancient town, The traffic organization planning provides the scientific reference basis, makes the whole landscape planning more close to the reality, more reasonable. GIs technology in Wufeng ancient town landscape planning, not only expand the scope of application of GIS technology in landscape planning, It also extends the content of traditional garden planning and design. The combination of AVC theory and GIS technology in the landscape planning of ancient towns is not only the extension of AVC theory and GIS technology in landscape planning, but also the further excavation of theory and technology.
