【摘要】：別墅建筑是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代化城市建設(shè)及發(fā)展的必然產(chǎn)物，隨著別墅建設(shè)的發(fā)展，別墅區(qū)園林景觀建設(shè)也就越來越受到居住者的重視，研究別墅區(qū)園林景觀建設(shè)問題也就顯得意義特別重大。 隨著太原市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和城市現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)發(fā)展，別墅區(qū)已經(jīng)隨處可見。初步研究太原市較大的別墅區(qū)六大群體，總面積已經(jīng)超過500萬m2。通過對(duì)太原市別墅建筑區(qū)選址與周邊環(huán)境的關(guān)系、別墅區(qū)園林景觀設(shè)計(jì)布局、園林景觀主要造景元素的應(yīng)用、別墅建筑及其景觀設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格等進(jìn)行調(diào)查，總體上來看，園林景觀建設(shè)水平參差不齊。1、別墅區(qū)住宅容積率普遍較高，但公共綠地景觀面積較��；2、別墅建筑戶型設(shè)計(jì)先天不足，，導(dǎo)致室內(nèi)外空間的聯(lián)系和景觀功能欠缺；3、別墅建筑及其園林景觀建設(shè)照搬異地風(fēng)格，未能當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際而因地制宜，造成別墅區(qū)園林景觀效果很難延續(xù)展現(xiàn)；4、別墅區(qū)園林景觀設(shè)計(jì)元素單一，僅以植物綠化為主，缺少其他諸如小品、硬質(zhì)材料造景配合；5、別墅區(qū)總體上綠化質(zhì)量較低，樹種單一，尚未做到植物造景上的“四季常青，三季有花，三季有果”；6、重造輕管，重大樹移栽，輕“喬、灌、草”結(jié)合造景等。 通過研究認(rèn)為： 1、太原市別墅區(qū)園林景觀建設(shè)應(yīng)當(dāng)結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際，認(rèn)真考慮別墅區(qū)建設(shè)選址與周圍地理環(huán)境之間的融合，充分考慮交通、水文、經(jīng)濟(jì)圈和以人為本； 2、要尊重別墅區(qū)園林景觀建設(shè)的私有性、安全性、空間延展性以及精致化與個(gè)性化； 3、要遵循園林景觀建設(shè)功能使用原則、尺度和比例協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一原則、對(duì)比原則和意境原則； 4、園林景觀設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)注意各種造景元素的綜合運(yùn)用； 5、植物選擇上應(yīng)當(dāng)以當(dāng)?shù)亍班l(xiāng)土”植物為主，并應(yīng)加強(qiáng)景觀建設(shè)的后期維護(hù)和管理； 6、在注重景觀效果的同時(shí)更加注重景觀空間和功能使用。 最終達(dá)到把別墅區(qū)園林景觀建設(shè)成為“居住—自然—美觀—舒適—生活著”的宜居景觀綜合體。
[Abstract]:Villa architecture is the inevitable outcome of economic development and modern urban construction and development. With the development of villa construction, the landscape construction of villa area is paid more and more attention by residents. It is of great significance to study the landscape construction of villa area. With the economic development of Taiyuan and the development of urban modernization, villas have been everywhere. A preliminary study of six large groups of large villas in Taiyuan City, the total area has exceeded 5 million m2. Through the investigation of the relationship between the location of the villa building area and the surrounding environment, the landscape design layout of the villa area, the application of the main landscape elements of the garden landscape, the villa architecture and its landscape design style, etc. The level of landscape construction is not uniform. 1. The residential area in villa area is generally high, but the public green space landscape area is smaller than 2%. As a result of the lack of contact and landscape function in indoor and outdoor space, villa architecture and its landscape construction have copied the style of different places and failed to take measures according to local conditions. As a result, it is very difficult to continue to show the garden landscape effect in the villa area. The garden landscape design element of the villa area is single, only the plant greening is the main element, the lack of other things such as sketch, hard material landscape construction and 5, the villa area overall greening quality is low, the tree species is single, "four seasons evergreen, three seasons have flowers, three seasons have fruit" 6, heavy construction light pipe, major tree transplanting, light "Joe, irrigation, grass" combination of landscaping. Through research, it is concluded that: 1. The landscape construction of villa district in Taiyuan should be combined with the local reality, and the integration of the site selection and the surrounding geographical environment should be seriously considered, and traffic, hydrology, economic circle and people-oriented should be fully considered; 2. We should respect the private, security, spatial ductility, refinement and individualization of the landscape construction in the villa area; 3. We should follow the principle of using the function of landscape construction, the principle of coordination and unification of scale and proportion, the principle of contrast and the principle of artistic conception; 4, landscape design should pay attention to the comprehensive application of various landscape elements; 5. The local "plants should be the main choice of plants, and the later maintenance and management of landscape construction should be strengthened. 6, pay more attention to landscape space and function use while paying attention to landscape effect. Finally, it becomes the livable landscape complex of residential-natural-beautiful-comfortable-living.
