【摘要】:隨著社會進步和科技快速發(fā)展,進度管理理論與方法愈發(fā)成熟。然而,由于海上石油平臺項目管理是一個龐雜的系統(tǒng)工程,項目工程復雜、時間相對較長、需要控制資源眾多,開展項目進度、重大資源管理的應用研究,對穩(wěn)步推進海上石油平臺建設(shè)具有重要意義。海上石油平臺項目進度規(guī)劃工作在項目進度管理中占有非常重要的地位,是整個項目管理的龍頭,故開展項目進度規(guī)劃研究尤為重要。中國海上石油平臺建設(shè)數(shù)量少,經(jīng)驗不豐富,項目管理尚處于起步階段。隨著海上石油平臺建設(shè)數(shù)量的逐步增加,開展海上石油平臺項目管理尤其是項目進度管理研究,對加快推進中國海上石油平臺建設(shè)具有重要意義。因此,本研究擬以綏中36-1油田二期調(diào)整工程項目為研究對象,結(jié)合海上石油平臺建設(shè)工程項目的特點,借鑒國內(nèi)外項目管理研究與實踐成果,系統(tǒng)分析海上石油平臺建設(shè)工程項目管理流程、施工進度規(guī)劃方法及施工進度管理流程和方法,探究進度管理中的問題及其解決方案,以期為海上石油平臺建設(shè)工程項目的進度管理提供一個切實可行的方法。為達成上述研究目標,本論文采用文獻分析法、工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)圖法(WBS)、.甘特圖法及關(guān)鍵路徑法等方法,開展了如下研究:一是剖析項目進度規(guī)劃與管理的基本理論及管理方法,探究海上石油平臺項目進度管理面臨的問題及解決方法;二是結(jié)合綏中36-1油田二期調(diào)整工程項目實際情況,應用WBS、甘特圖法和關(guān)鍵路徑法制定其進度規(guī)劃;三是探究綏中36-1油田二期調(diào)整工程項目進度滯后狀況、原因及對策,總結(jié)項目進度管理經(jīng)驗與教訓。綜上所述,綏中36-1油田二期調(diào)整工程項目進度管理的研究,為海上石油平臺工程項目提供了寶貴的經(jīng)驗借鑒,為提高海上石油平臺項目管理水平奠定了良好的理論與實踐基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the rapid development of science and technology, the theory and method of progress management are becoming more mature. However, because the project management of offshore oil platform is a complex system project, the project is complicated and the time is relatively long, so it is necessary to control the resources, carry out the project progress, heavy resource management application research, and steadily push forward the offshore oil. Platform construction is of great significance. The progress planning of offshore oil platform project plays a very important role in the project progress management. It is the leading part of the whole project management. Therefore, it is very important to carry out the project progress planning research. The construction of the offshore oil platform is very small and the experience is not abundant, and the project management is still in the initial stage. The construction of offshore oil platform is gradually increasing. The research on the project management of offshore oil platform, especially the project progress management, is of great significance to speed up the construction of China's offshore oil platform. Therefore, this study intends to take the two period adjustment project of Suizhong 36-1 oil field as the research object, combined with the construction project of offshore oil platform. The purpose is to draw lessons from the research and practice results of project management at home and abroad, to systematically analyze the management process of the offshore oil platform construction project, the construction schedule method and the process and method of the construction progress management, and to explore the problems and solutions in the progress management, in order to provide the progress management of the offshore oil platform construction project. A practical method. In order to achieve the above research goals, this paper adopts the methods of document analysis, WBS, Gantt chart and key path method. The following research is carried out: first, the basic theory and management methods of project schedule and management are analyzed, and the progress management surface of offshore oil platform project is explored. Problems and solutions; two, combined with the actual situation of the two period adjustment project of Suizhong 36-1 oilfield, WBS, Gantt chart and key path method are used to determine the schedule of the progress; three is to explore the lag status of the two period adjustment project of the 36-1 oilfield of Suizhong 36-1 oilfield, the reasons and countermeasures, sum up the experience and lessons of the project progress management. The research on the progress management of the two period adjustment project of Suizhong 36-1 oilfield has provided valuable experience for the offshore oil platform project, and laid a good theoretical and practical basis for improving the management level of offshore oil platform project.
