【摘要】:空氣源熱泵直供地板輻射供暖系統(tǒng)是一種新型的節(jié)能型系統(tǒng),目前關(guān)于應(yīng)用該新型系統(tǒng)供暖的地面熱流密度和地表面平均溫度等一些重要的熱工參數(shù)無人研究,系統(tǒng)的制熱性能也缺乏詳盡的分析探討。本文針對空氣源熱泵直供系統(tǒng)的地板輻射換熱過程的熱工特性和熱泵機組的制熱性能進行了全面的定量分析與研究。首先,建立了地板輻射供暖的物理模型和數(shù)學(xué)模型,確定了具體的邊界條件,為數(shù)值模擬分析奠定了基礎(chǔ)。然后運用FLUENT軟件對不同熱媒溫度、不同管徑、不同管間距、不同室內(nèi)溫度和不同面層材料進行了仿真模擬計算,得到一系列地板熱工參數(shù)受各影響因素的數(shù)值解,并制作成了表格。通過分析地板上下表面熱流密度值和地表面平均溫度值與各影響因素繪制成的關(guān)系曲線圖,得到了各影響因素對地面熱流密度和地表面平均溫度影響程度的大小。最后,通過建立空氣源熱泵直供供暖實驗平臺,測試了三臺不同型號空氣源熱泵機組的制熱性能,并利用模擬得到的數(shù)值解與實驗測得的熱泵機組制熱量計算得出了某一特定地板輻射模型下的供暖面積,驗證該系統(tǒng)的可應(yīng)用性。通過對數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果和實驗測試數(shù)據(jù)的分析研究,本文結(jié)論將能夠為空氣源熱泵直供地板輻射供暖系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計方面、施工方面和運行維護方面等提供理論依據(jù)和實踐參考,為其以后的應(yīng)用推廣奠定可靠的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The air-source heat pump direct-supply floor radiant heating system is a new type of energy-saving system. At present, some important thermal parameters such as the surface heat flux density and the average ground surface temperature are not studied. The heating performance of the system is also lack of detailed analysis and discussion. In this paper, the thermal characteristics of floor radiation heat transfer process of air-source heat pump direct supply system and the heating performance of heat pump unit are analyzed and studied. Firstly, the physical model and mathematical model of floor radiant heating are established, and the concrete boundary conditions are determined, which lays the foundation for numerical simulation and analysis. Then FLUENT software is used to simulate and calculate the different heat medium temperature, different pipe diameter, different pipe spacing, different indoor temperature and different surface material, and a series of numerical solutions of the influence factors on the floor thermal parameters are obtained. And made into a table. By analyzing the relationship between the heat flux value of the upper and lower surface of the floor and the mean temperature of the ground surface and the influence factors, the influence degree of each factor on the surface heat flux density and the average temperature of the ground surface is obtained. Finally, the heating performance of three different types of air-source heat pump units was tested by establishing an air-source heat pump direct-supply heating experimental platform. The heating area under a specific floor radiation model is calculated by using the numerical solution obtained by simulation and the heat output measured experimentally by the heat pump unit, and the applicability of the system is verified. Through the analysis of numerical simulation results and experimental test data, the conclusion of this paper will be able to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the design, construction and operation and maintenance of air-source heat pump direct-supply floor radiant heating system. It will lay a reliable foundation for its application and popularization in the future.
