【摘要】：本文通過以贛州卷煙廠廠房建筑項目質(zhì)量管理為例，對項目質(zhì)量管理進行研究。近幾十年來，我國建筑行業(yè)飛速發(fā)展，各種類型的建筑項目不斷涌現(xiàn)，建筑工程項目的質(zhì)量問題也引起了社會的廣泛關(guān)注。建筑項目質(zhì)量的好壞不僅關(guān)系著建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展，，更關(guān)注著經(jīng)濟建設(shè)的發(fā)展和社會的安全穩(wěn)定。質(zhì)量管理作為項目工程的關(guān)鍵和核心則顯得尤為重要。一直以來，建筑工程質(zhì)量事故層出不窮，嚴(yán)重傷害到人民的利益，也給國家?guī)砹司薮蟮膿p失。為了減少避免類似事故的發(fā)生，要求我們務(wù)必提高對工程項目質(zhì)量的認(rèn)識。因此，對建筑工程項目的質(zhì)量管理進行研究，提高工程質(zhì)量管理水平，繼而提高工程質(zhì)量，具有重大的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文首先闡述了論文選題的背景和意義，并對論文的內(nèi)容與研究方法進行了簡單的說明；其次對項目質(zhì)量管理的基本概念與相關(guān)理論、管理方法和影響因素進行了闡述；再次以贛州卷煙廠廠房建筑工程項目的建設(shè)為例，并從該項目的質(zhì)量計劃層面、質(zhì)量控制層面進行了系統(tǒng)的分析，從而找出在建設(shè)該工程項目在的設(shè)計、管理以及在施工過程中存在的問題，進而找出相應(yīng)的解決方式，為以后相關(guān)工程項目的建設(shè)提供理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實保證。為建筑行業(yè)的健康、有序發(fā)展貢獻一份綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Ganzhou cigarette factory building project quality management as an example to study project quality management. In recent decades, with the rapid development of the construction industry in China, various types of construction projects have been emerging, and the quality of construction projects has aroused widespread concern. The quality of construction projects is not only related to the development of the construction industry, but also to the development of economic construction and social security and stability. As the key and core of project engineering, quality management is especially important. All the time, the accidents of construction engineering quality emerge one after another, which seriously injure the interests of the people and bring huge losses to the country. In order to reduce the occurrence of similar accidents, we must improve our understanding of project quality. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the quality management of construction project, improve the level of engineering quality management, and then improve the quality of engineering. In this paper, the background and significance of the topic are described, and the contents and research methods of the thesis are briefly explained, and then the basic concepts and related theories, management methods and influencing factors of project quality management are expounded. Thirdly, taking the construction of the factory building project of Ganzhou cigarette factory as an example, and analyzing the quality planning level and quality control level of the project systematically, we can find out the design of the construction project. Management and existing problems in the construction process, and then find out the corresponding solutions for the construction of related projects in the future to provide the theoretical basis and practical guarantee. For the health of the construction industry, orderly development contribution to a modest force.
