【摘要】:隨著我國近年來經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和城市化進程的加快,許多城市投面臨著嚴(yán)峻的城市問題,如交通擁堵、環(huán)境污染、土地資源稀缺等。 城市公共交通樞紐是城市交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點,它將多種交通方式有機地聯(lián)接并整合,同時還改變了人們的生活意識、生活節(jié)奏與生活方式,并由此產(chǎn)生了商業(yè)、娛樂、辦公、集會等不同的功能需求。因此,城市公共交通樞紐與建筑綜合體的一體化成為當(dāng)代城市設(shè)計和建筑設(shè)計的新趨勢。 基于以上城市現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢,本論文提出了城市公共交通樞紐與建筑綜合體一體化的設(shè)計理念,希望通過建筑設(shè)計的方法和措施對城市公共交通方式、交通設(shè)施進行整合,構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代的一體化交通系統(tǒng),同時引入多種城市職能,與交通職能一起協(xié)同合作,形成城市公共交通樞紐與建筑綜合體的雙贏效益。 論文的結(jié)構(gòu)主要分為五章。第一章作為緒論部分,首先明確了論文的研究背景、意義對象及范圍,并對該領(lǐng)域的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行了概述,然后提出了本文的研究目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容與方法。第二章通過分析城市公共交通樞紐與建筑綜合體的發(fā)展趨勢以及目前在我國存在的一些問題,強調(diào)了城市公共交通樞紐與建筑綜合體一體化的必然性及必要性。第三章選擇了國內(nèi)外幾個較為典型的一體化設(shè)計案例進行比較深入和細致的分析。第四章從一體化設(shè)計的相關(guān)理論、發(fā)展歷史、效益及目標(biāo)等方面對一體化設(shè)計方法進行系統(tǒng)性的建構(gòu),是第五章的論述基礎(chǔ)。第五章是論文的核心章節(jié),從前期統(tǒng)籌建設(shè)型和后期整合改造型這兩種類型分別研究了一體化設(shè)計的方法及策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization in recent years, many cities are facing severe urban problems, such as traffic congestion, environmental pollution, scarcity of land resources and so on. The urban public transportation hub is the key node of the urban transportation network. It organically connects and integrates a variety of transportation modes, at the same time, it also changes people's life consciousness, life rhythm and way of life, and thus produces business, entertainment and office. Different functional requirements such as assembly. Therefore, the integration of urban public transport hub and architectural complex has become a new trend of contemporary urban design and architectural design. Based on the present situation and development trend of the above cities, this paper puts forward the design idea of the integration of urban public transport hub and building complex, and hopes to integrate the urban public transportation mode and transportation facilities through architectural design methods and measures. Constructing a modern integrated transportation system, introducing a variety of urban functions, and cooperating with traffic functions together to form the win-win benefits of urban public transportation hub and building complex. The structure of the thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter, as the introduction part, firstly clarifies the research background, the meaning object and the scope of the thesis, and summarizes the domestic and foreign research status in this field, then puts forward the research goal, content and method of this paper. The second chapter emphasizes the necessity and inevitability of the integration of urban public transportation hub and building complex by analyzing the development trend of urban public transportation hub and building complex and some existing problems in our country. In the third chapter, several typical integrated design cases at home and abroad are selected for in-depth and detailed analysis. The fourth chapter systematically constructs the integrated design method from the related theory, the development history, the benefit and the goal, which is the foundation of the fifth chapter. The fifth chapter is the core chapter of the thesis, which studies the methods and strategies of integrated design from the two types of pre-construction and post-integration.
