溫濕度獨立控制型調(diào)溫除濕機組性能研究

【摘要】:為改善目前的調(diào)溫除濕機組調(diào)節(jié)能力差,適用范圍窄,無法實現(xiàn)對出風(fēng)溫度與濕度的雙重連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)等問題,本文提出一種溫濕度獨立控制型調(diào)溫除濕空調(diào)機組。該系統(tǒng)可根據(jù)機組的進(jìn)風(fēng)含濕量來對兩個蒸發(fā)器內(nèi)的空氣流量進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)以便控制機組的出風(fēng)濕度,另外根據(jù)機組的進(jìn)風(fēng)溫度來調(diào)節(jié)兩個冷凝器內(nèi)的制冷劑流量以便控制機組的出風(fēng)溫度,進(jìn)而達(dá)到機組出風(fēng)溫度和濕度連續(xù)獨立控制的目的。 為了研究溫濕度獨立控制型調(diào)溫除濕機組的除濕及調(diào)溫能力,本文對該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,并建立了溫濕度獨立控制型調(diào)溫除濕機組的穩(wěn)態(tài)數(shù)學(xué)模型,運用VB編制了系統(tǒng)仿真軟件。經(jīng)驗證該仿真軟件準(zhǔn)確度良好,計算精度符合仿真要求。 仿真計算結(jié)果表明:進(jìn)風(fēng)干球溫度為27℃,相對濕度為60%時,通過低溫蒸發(fā)器的風(fēng)量在1100m3/h~3000m3/h之間變化,隨著低溫蒸發(fā)器風(fēng)量增加,機組除濕量變大,調(diào)溫除濕機除濕量的調(diào)節(jié)范圍為2.4~9.4kg/h;當(dāng)風(fēng)量全部通過低溫蒸發(fā)器,流過翅片管式冷凝器的制冷劑流量比例在20%~100%之間變化時,調(diào)溫除濕機溫度的調(diào)節(jié)范圍為21.6~35.1℃。調(diào)溫除濕機組溫度和濕度可單獨調(diào)節(jié),且調(diào)節(jié)范圍較寬,增強了調(diào)溫除濕機組在不同場合工作的適應(yīng)性。 此外,本文通過對熱泵空調(diào)除霜方式的分析,探討了各種除霜方式的優(yōu)缺點,結(jié)合除濕機除霜特點,提出一種適合本系統(tǒng)的熱氣旁通加電加熱輔助的除霜方法。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the problems of poor regulating ability and narrow applicable range of the current temperature regulating and dehumidifying unit, it is impossible to realize the dual continuous regulation of the temperature and humidity of the outlet air. In this paper, an independent temperature and humidity control type temperature and dehumidification air conditioning unit is put forward in this paper. The system can adjust the air flow rate in two evaporators according to the moisture content of the inlet air of the unit in order to control the air humidity of the unit. In addition, according to the inlet air temperature of the unit, the refrigerant flow rate in the two condensers is adjusted to control the outlet air temperature of the unit, and the continuous independent control of the air temperature and humidity of the unit is achieved. In order to study the dehumidification and temperature-regulating ability of the temperature and humidity independent control type temperature and dehumidifier, this paper designs the structure of the system, and establishes the steady state mathematical model of the temperature and humidity independent control type temperature and dehumidifier group. The system simulation software is programmed by VB. It is proved that the simulation software has good accuracy and the calculation accuracy meets the requirements of simulation.
