【摘要】：文章以蘇南地區(qū)新農村住宅建筑為研究對象,通過對現有新農村建筑和傳統(tǒng)農村建筑的發(fā)展演變進行分析,對當前該地區(qū)新農村住宅設計建造中存在的主要問題進行歸納總結。在綜合考慮利用當地自然資源和氣候條件的基礎上,將活躍在歐洲的新理性主義之建筑類型學的研究方法有選擇地運用到蘇南地區(qū)新農村建筑設計中,力求在傳統(tǒng)與現代中尋求一種平衡和結合,并有針對性地提出解決方案。在可持續(xù)發(fā)展的原則下,探討新的設計思路和實踐,提倡設計思維模式的轉變,提出建筑與景觀有機結合的優(yōu)化設計方案。
[Abstract]:Taking the new rural residential buildings in the south of Jiangsu province as the research object, this paper analyzes the development and evolution of the existing new rural buildings and traditional rural buildings, and summarizes the main problems existing in the design and construction of the new rural residential buildings in this area. On the basis of synthetically considering the utilization of local natural resources and climatic conditions, the new rationalistic architectural typology, which is active in Europe, is selectively applied to the new rural architectural design in southern Jiangsu. Strive to seek a balance and combination between tradition and modernity, and propose solutions. Based on the principle of sustainable development, this paper probes into new design ideas and practices, advocates the transformation of design thinking mode, and puts forward an optimized design scheme combining architecture and landscape organically.
