【摘要】：文章以蘇南地區(qū)新農(nóng)村住宅建筑為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)現(xiàn)有新農(nóng)村建筑和傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)村建筑的發(fā)展演變進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)當(dāng)前該地區(qū)新農(nóng)村住宅設(shè)計(jì)建造中存在的主要問題進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)。在綜合考慮利用當(dāng)?shù)刈匀毁Y源和氣候條件的基礎(chǔ)上,將活躍在歐洲的新理性主義之建筑類型學(xué)的研究方法有選擇地運(yùn)用到蘇南地區(qū)新農(nóng)村建筑設(shè)計(jì)中,力求在傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代中尋求一種平衡和結(jié)合,并有針對(duì)性地提出解決方案。在可持續(xù)發(fā)展的原則下,探討新的設(shè)計(jì)思路和實(shí)踐,提倡設(shè)計(jì)思維模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,提出建筑與景觀有機(jī)結(jié)合的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案。
[Abstract]:Taking the new rural residential buildings in the south of Jiangsu province as the research object, this paper analyzes the development and evolution of the existing new rural buildings and traditional rural buildings, and summarizes the main problems existing in the design and construction of the new rural residential buildings in this area. On the basis of synthetically considering the utilization of local natural resources and climatic conditions, the new rationalistic architectural typology, which is active in Europe, is selectively applied to the new rural architectural design in southern Jiangsu. Strive to seek a balance and combination between tradition and modernity, and propose solutions. Based on the principle of sustainable development, this paper probes into new design ideas and practices, advocates the transformation of design thinking mode, and puts forward an optimized design scheme combining architecture and landscape organically.
