【摘要】：人力資源是諸生產(chǎn)要素中具有能動性和創(chuàng)造性的因素。伴隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)浪潮和全球化經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷沖擊，各行業(yè)競爭的焦點(diǎn)逐漸由資金、產(chǎn)品等物化資源轉(zhuǎn)為人力資源的競爭。近年來中國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展繁榮，大量基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和城市維護(hù)更新的同步進(jìn)行，人民的工作生活環(huán)境得到進(jìn)一步改善，建筑業(yè)作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出持續(xù)快速的發(fā)展趨勢。與此同時，居民消費(fèi)價格總體水平上升幅度較大，建筑業(yè)行業(yè)隊(duì)伍不斷壯大，，人工成本則不斷上漲。作為建筑企業(yè)的重要成本之一，它的上升勢必引起總成本的提高，進(jìn)而影響到產(chǎn)品價格和利潤空間，并關(guān)系到建筑企業(yè)的綜合競爭力。因此，本文在閱讀大量文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上，綜合分析當(dāng)前建筑業(yè)人工的現(xiàn)狀與問題，通過問卷調(diào)查、專家訪談定量與定性結(jié)合的方式探究建筑業(yè)人工成本發(fā)展，為建筑業(yè)的持續(xù)良好發(fā)展做出一定貢獻(xiàn)。 首先，本研究根據(jù)我國建筑業(yè)發(fā)展形勢，明確界定了建筑業(yè)、人工成本等概念的研究范圍；其次，從不同方面全面了解建筑業(yè)人工成本發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并分析出日益上漲的建筑業(yè)人工成本帶來的影響以及暴露出來的問題；接著，通過問卷調(diào)查設(shè)計(jì)等方式收集大量工程項(xiàng)目資料，以此為基礎(chǔ)描繪我國建筑業(yè)人工成本近年來的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，以重點(diǎn)城市實(shí)際住宅樓宇、公共建筑項(xiàng)目為主體，著眼于分析工程費(fèi)用中人工、材料、機(jī)械費(fèi)等各自所占比重的浮動變化，找出影響建筑人工成本的主要因素；最后，結(jié)合建筑業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，提出相關(guān)建筑業(yè)人工成本管理的改進(jìn)措施與對策，為行業(yè)的發(fā)展和政策的制定提供科學(xué)依據(jù)和有效保障。
[Abstract]:Human resources are the active and creative factors among the factors of production. With the tide of knowledge economy and the continuous impact of global economy, the focus of competition in various industries has gradually changed from capital, products and other materialized resources to human resources competition. In recent years, China's social and economic development has flourished, a large number of infrastructure construction and urban maintenance and renewal have been carried out simultaneously, and the working and living environment of the people has been further improved. As the pillar industry of the national economy, the construction industry shows a sustained and rapid development trend. At the same time, the overall level of consumer prices rose significantly, the construction industry is growing, labor costs are rising. As one of the important costs of construction enterprises, its rise will inevitably lead to the increase of total costs, thus affecting the product price and profit space, and related to the comprehensive competitiveness of construction enterprises. Therefore, on the basis of reading a large number of documents, this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation and problems of construction labor, and probes into the development of construction labor cost by means of questionnaire survey, quantitative and qualitative interview with experts. Contribute to the sustained and good development of the construction industry. First of all, according to the development situation of Chinese construction industry, this study clearly defines the research scope of construction industry, labor cost and other concepts; secondly, from different aspects of comprehensive understanding of the development of construction labor costs, And analyze the impact of the rising labor costs of the construction industry and the exposed problems; then, through questionnaire survey design and other ways to collect a large number of project data, On this basis, the development of labor cost in construction industry in China in recent years is described. The actual residential buildings and public building projects in key cities are taken as the main body, and the analysis of labor and materials in engineering costs is focused on. In order to find out the main factors that affect the construction labor cost, the author puts forward the improvement measures and countermeasures of the construction industry labor cost management according to the current situation of the construction industry. For the development of the industry and policy formulation to provide scientific basis and effective protection.
