【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)民居是我國歷史文化遺產(chǎn)的不可或缺一部分,但近年來卻在一幢幢地消失。資金的缺乏、民智過度集中于大中型城市,導(dǎo)致各界參與保護村鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)民居的積極性較弱。年久失修帶來的性能問題和專業(yè)知識上的空白又使得民間自發(fā)性的修繕造成了歷史文化遺產(chǎn)的二次破壞。在這種情況下,以保護文化遺產(chǎn)價值為前提的傳統(tǒng)民居建筑再利用設(shè)計研究具有積極的意義。以實際項目——黃山市祁門縣王家大屋為載體,本文通過實地調(diào)研考證、資料整理、多方.案設(shè)計、材料表現(xiàn)實驗等手段梳理了王家大屋在再利用設(shè)計的過程中的關(guān)鍵問題以及應(yīng)對的方法和策略。并結(jié)合國內(nèi)外相關(guān)傳統(tǒng)民居的改造案例,在改造策略和方法上做了共性上的分析。全文共分為五個章節(jié),第一章緒論闡述了本文的研究背景和對象,第二章界定了相關(guān)的概念的并歸納了傳統(tǒng)民居再利用設(shè)計的過程與原則,并分析指出設(shè)計過程中的關(guān)鍵性的影響要素。第三章至第五章是對第二章提到的設(shè)計過程的展開,從調(diào)研與分析,設(shè)計與轉(zhuǎn)化,修復(fù)與改善三個方面具體分析了每個階段中的問題和應(yīng)對策略。最后在結(jié)語部分進行了全文的回顧和總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Traditional residence is an indispensable part of our country's historical and cultural heritage, but it has disappeared in recent years. The lack of funds and the excessive concentration of people's wisdom in large and medium-sized cities lead to weak enthusiasm for all walks of life to participate in the protection of traditional houses in villages and towns. The problem of performance and the blank of professional knowledge caused by the old disrepair caused the second destruction of the historical and cultural heritage caused by the spontaneous restoration of the folk. In this case, the reuse design of traditional residential buildings with the premise of protecting the value of cultural heritage is of positive significance. With the actual project-Huangshan Qimen County Wangjiaowu as the carrier, this paper through field research and textual research, data collation, multi-party. Case design, material performance experiment and so on, combed the key problems in the process of reuse design of Wang Jia Da House, as well as the methods and strategies to deal with them. Combined with the domestic and foreign cases of the renovation of traditional houses, the transformation strategies and methods are analyzed in general. The paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background and object of this paper. The second chapter defines the related concepts and summarizes the process and principles of traditional residential reuse design. The key factors in the design process are analyzed and pointed out. The third to fifth chapters are the development of the design process mentioned in the second chapter, from the research and analysis, design and transformation, repair and improvement of the three aspects of the specific analysis of each stage of the problems and coping strategies. Finally, in the conclusion part of the review and summary of the full text.
