【摘要】：施工單位在質(zhì)量策劃中因缺乏操作性強的手段,往往以工程總成本最低為原則,忽略因滿足業(yè)主質(zhì)量要求帶來的潛在收益。為了讓施工單位可以站在企業(yè)利潤最大化角度進行施工質(zhì)量策劃,本文做了如下研究:本文將企業(yè)利潤最大化目標轉(zhuǎn)化為單項工程綜合效益最大化目標,并將質(zhì)量水平對市場份額的影響視為工程的潛在收益,從而使施工單位可以站在綜合效益角度對單項工程進行質(zhì)量策劃。為解決潛在收益與質(zhì)量損失成本不易量化的難題,文本采用模糊綜合評判法進行策劃,從而獲得綜合效益最大化下的最佳質(zhì)量水平與實施方案。為了建立模糊綜合評判法需要的質(zhì)量水平被擇集和與其對應(yīng)的施工影響因素集(即實施方案),本文通過對顧客滿意度調(diào)查問卷的設(shè)計與分析過程來識別業(yè)主的質(zhì)量要求,用滿意度指標反映其完成程度;將導致返工的質(zhì)量控制關(guān)鍵點視作施工單位的質(zhì)量要求,用質(zhì)量控制指標反映其完成程度,進而用各項指標作為質(zhì)量水平細化指標建立完善的質(zhì)量水平備擇集;同時,從4M1E角度出發(fā)劃分影響各細化指標的實施方案,并通過分析質(zhì)量統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)以識別不同等級質(zhì)量水平細化指標與不同等級實施方案的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,進而建立質(zhì)量水平被擇集對應(yīng)的施工影響因素集。本文以建筑工程一項重要的子分部工程樁基工程為實例,對文中研究的質(zhì)量策劃方法進行實踐,策劃出該工程的最佳質(zhì)量水平與實施方案,說明了本文研究內(nèi)容的可操作性;并通過竣工后的滿意度回訪與質(zhì)量控制點驗收情況統(tǒng)計驗證了實用性。
[Abstract]:Due to the lack of operable means in quality planning, construction units often take the lowest total project cost as the principle and ignore the potential benefits brought by meeting the quality requirements of the owners. In order to make the construction unit plan construction quality from the angle of enterprise profit maximization, this paper has done the following research: this paper transforms the enterprise profit maximization goal into the single project comprehensive benefit maximization goal. The influence of the quality level on the market share is regarded as the potential benefit of the project, so that the construction unit can plan the quality of the single project from the angle of comprehensive benefit. In order to solve the difficult problem that the potential profit and the cost of quality loss are not easy to quantify, the text adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to plan, so as to obtain the best quality level and implementation scheme under the maximization of comprehensive benefit. In order to establish the selection set of quality level required by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the corresponding construction influence factor set (that is, implementation scheme), this paper identifies the quality requirements of the owner through the design and analysis process of the customer satisfaction questionnaire. The key points of quality control that lead to rework are regarded as the quality requirements of the construction units, and the quality control indexes are used to reflect the degree of completion. Then using each index as the quality level refinement index to establish the perfect quality level alternative set, at the same time, from the 4M1E perspective, divide the implementation scheme that affects each refinement index, By analyzing the statistical data of quality, we can identify the corresponding relation between different grade quality level refinement index and different grade implementation plan, and then establish the construction influence factor set corresponding to the selected set of quality level. Taking the pile foundation engineering of an important sub-branch engineering as an example, this paper carries on the practice to the quality planning method studied in this paper, and plans out the best quality level and the implementation plan of the project, and explains the maneuverability of the research content in this paper. The practicability is verified by satisfaction return visit after completion and acceptance statistics of quality control points.
