高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁整體穩(wěn)定和局部穩(wěn)定性能分析

【摘要】:高強(qiáng)鋼(屈服強(qiáng)度不低于460MPa)已經(jīng)在諸多建筑結(jié)構(gòu)和橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)中得到成功應(yīng)用,由于在材料力學(xué)性能、加工工藝和初始缺陷等方面存在差別,高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁的穩(wěn)定性能與普通強(qiáng)度鋼材構(gòu)件會(huì)有不同。國內(nèi)針對(duì)高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁整體和局部穩(wěn)定性能的相關(guān)研究工作很少,并無專門的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范指導(dǎo)高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。本文通過分析高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁的整體穩(wěn)定和局部穩(wěn)定性能,修正了相關(guān)計(jì)算式。主要完成的工作以及所得結(jié)論如下:(1)根據(jù)通用的初始幾何缺陷處理方法和現(xiàn)有適用于高強(qiáng)鋼的殘余應(yīng)力分布模型,建立了引入初始幾何缺陷和殘余應(yīng)力的有限元模型。通過參數(shù)分析,研究了初始幾何缺陷、截面殘余應(yīng)力、鋼材強(qiáng)度等級(jí)、截面高寬比(上下翼緣中面距離與受壓翼緣寬度比值)、荷載類型和截面形式對(duì)高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁整體穩(wěn)定性能的影響。(2)運(yùn)用非線性屈曲分析方法得到不同鋼材強(qiáng)度等級(jí)工字梁的整體穩(wěn)定承載力,給出了整體穩(wěn)定系數(shù)計(jì)算式中指數(shù)n的計(jì)算式,并建議了高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁整體穩(wěn)定系數(shù)計(jì)算式,為高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算提供參考。(3)研究了4種強(qiáng)度等級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁在集中荷載和均布荷載共同作用下的整體穩(wěn)定承載力,根據(jù)鋼材強(qiáng)度等級(jí)、截面高寬比和長細(xì)比對(duì)整體穩(wěn)定承載力的影響規(guī)律,給出了集中荷載和均布荷載作用下高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁整體穩(wěn)定承載力的計(jì)算式。(4)通過對(duì)高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁抗剪極限承載力進(jìn)行有限元分析,考慮翼緣和腹板厚度比值對(duì)抗剪極限承載力的影響,在已有基礎(chǔ)上建議了高強(qiáng)鋼焊接工字梁的抗剪極限承載力計(jì)算式。(5)通過分析設(shè)置加勁肋腹板區(qū)格的局部穩(wěn)定性能,對(duì)《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》GB50017-2003有關(guān)配置加勁肋腹板區(qū)格局部穩(wěn)定的計(jì)算公式提出了修正建議。
[Abstract]:High strength steel (yield strength is no less than 460 MPA) has been successfully applied in many building structures and bridge structures, due to the differences in material mechanical properties, processing technology and initial defects, etc. The stability of welded I-beam of high strength steel will be different from that of normal strength steel member. There are few researches on the integral and local stability of welded I-beam of high-strength steel in China, and there is no special design criterion to guide the design and calculation of I-beam welded with high-strength steel. By analyzing the overall and local stability of welded I-beam of high strength steel, the correlation formula is modified. The main work and conclusions are as follows: (1) based on the general initial geometric defect treatment method and the existing residual stress distribution model suitable for high strength steel, the finite element model with initial geometric defect and residual stress is established. Through the parameter analysis, the initial geometric defects, the residual stress of the section, the strength grade of the steel are studied. Section aspect ratio (ratio of upper and lower flange midplane distance to compression flange width, influence of load type and section form on the overall stability of welded I-beam of high-strength steel.) nonlinear buckling analysis method is used to obtain the strength of different steels. The overall stable bearing capacity of the I-shaped beam of degree grade, The calculation formula of exponent n in the formula of integral stability coefficient is given, and the formula of integral stability coefficient of welded I-beam with high strength steel is suggested. For the design and calculation of welded I-beam of high-strength steel, this paper studies the overall stable bearing capacity of four kinds of strength grade I-beam welded I-beam under the combined action of concentrated load and uniform load, according to the grade of steel strength, The effect of aspect ratio and aspect ratio on overall stability bearing capacity, The calculation formula of overall stable bearing capacity of welded I-beam with high strength steel under concentrated load and uniform load is given. The finite element analysis of ultimate shear capacity of welded I-beam with high-strength steel is carried out. Considering the influence of the ratio of flange to web thickness on the ultimate shear capacity, the calculation formula of shear ultimate bearing capacity of welded I-beam with high strength steel is suggested on the basis of which the local stability of the lattice with stiffened rib web is analyzed. The formula for calculating the stability of the configuration of stiffened ribbed webs in GB50017-2003 is put forward in this paper.
