預(yù)制混凝土空心模板剪力墻受剪性能研究

【摘要】:預(yù)制混凝土空心模板剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)是一種新型裝配整體式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,結(jié)構(gòu)形式新穎,國(guó)內(nèi)外尚無相關(guān)研究。新型剪力墻具有工廠生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、運(yùn)輸?shù)跹b方便、結(jié)構(gòu)整體性好等特點(diǎn),對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究具有重要的理論意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 本文通過擬靜力試驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬對(duì)預(yù)制混凝土空心模板剪力墻的受力性能進(jìn)行研究,主要工作如下: (1)進(jìn)行了5片預(yù)制混凝土空心模板剪力墻和1片普通鋼筋混凝土剪力墻的低周反復(fù)加載試驗(yàn),研究新型結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:預(yù)制雙向孔模板的豎向孔洞薄弱處混凝土出現(xiàn)細(xì)小的斜裂縫,隨加載進(jìn)行交錯(cuò)形成宏觀豎向裂縫,改變了剪力墻破壞模式,避免脆性破壞,抗震性能良好。 (2)研究了內(nèi)部接縫、軸壓比、剪跨比、水平鋼筋配筋率等參數(shù)對(duì)預(yù)制混凝土空心模板剪力墻承載能力、延性、水平變形分布及組成、鋼筋應(yīng)變、剛度退化、耗能、破壞機(jī)制等受力性能的影響。指出內(nèi)部接縫是影響預(yù)制混凝土空心模板剪力墻受力性能的主要因素,內(nèi)部接縫引導(dǎo)剪力墻破壞,改變了剪力墻受力機(jī)制。 (3)基于大型通用有限元軟件ABAQUS建立合理的數(shù)值分析模型,分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合良好,驗(yàn)證了模型的合理性。該模型可用于預(yù)制混凝土空心模板剪力墻的參數(shù)分析。 (4)建議了預(yù)制混凝土空心模板剪力墻受剪承載力計(jì)算方法。
[Abstract]:Precast concrete hollow formwork shear wall structure is a new type of assembled integral shear wall structure system. The new shear wall has the characteristics of factory production standardization, convenient transportation and hoisting, good structural integrity and so on, so it has important theoretical significance and application value to study it. In this paper, the mechanical behavior of precast concrete hollow formwork shear wall is studied by pseudo-static test and numerical simulation. The main work is as follows: 1) the low cycle repeated loading tests of five prefabricated concrete hollow formwork shear walls and one common reinforced concrete shear wall are carried out to study the seismic behavior of the new structure. The test results show that small oblique cracks appear in the concrete with weak vertical holes in the prefabricated bidirectional hole formwork, and the macroscopic vertical cracks are formed with the loading, which changes the failure mode of the shear wall, avoids the brittle failure, and has good seismic performance. (2) the effect of internal joints, axial compression ratio, shear span ratio and reinforcement ratio of horizontal reinforcement on the load-carrying capacity, ductility, horizontal deformation distribution and composition of precast concrete hollow formwork shear wall, steel bar strain, stiffness degradation and energy consumption are studied. The influence of mechanical properties such as failure mechanism. It is pointed out that the internal joint is the main factor affecting the mechanical performance of the precast concrete hollow formwork shear wall. The internal joint leads to the failure of the shear wall and changes the mechanical mechanism of the shear wall. 3) A reasonable numerical analysis model is established based on the large scale general finite element software ABAQUS. The results agree well with the experimental results, and the rationality of the model is verified. The model can be used to analyze the parameters of precast concrete hollow formwork shear wall. 4) the calculation method of shear capacity of precast concrete hollow formwork shear wall is suggested.
