【摘要】：重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病區(qū)(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)是現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的一個(gè)新領(lǐng)域,在我國(guó)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)有30余年的歷史。它作為重癥醫(yī)學(xué)的臨床基地,集中了大批的危重病患者,集中了醫(yī)院中最先進(jìn)的醫(yī)療設(shè)備和專業(yè)技術(shù)強(qiáng)的醫(yī)護(hù)人員。它的發(fā)展,挽救了大量危重病患者的生命,它作為醫(yī)院中的重要單元,以其近年來(lái)快速的發(fā)展,和在醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域所取得的重大成果,在醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)中起著越來(lái)越重要的作用。同時(shí)也引起了人們的廣泛關(guān)注。處于世紀(jì)之交的中國(guó)醫(yī)療建筑,正處在高速發(fā)展的蓬勃時(shí)期。近年來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)的醫(yī)院在不斷的新建和改造。各級(jí)綜合醫(yī)院現(xiàn)有的重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病區(qū),出現(xiàn)了布局不合理,功能不完善,使用沒(méi)有人性化等問(wèn)題。重癥監(jiān)護(hù)單元作為醫(yī)院的重要組成部分,是危重病患者停留在醫(yī)院較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的場(chǎng)所。人性化的重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病區(qū),可以緩解危重病患者的疼痛感,和抑郁感使其能夠得到更好的治療效果。可以降低醫(yī)護(hù)人員的緊張感,使其能夠得到更愉悅的工作氛圍,有利于投入到高效率的工作狀態(tài)中。也可以安撫患者家屬的情緒,使其配合醫(yī)護(hù)人員對(duì)患者展開救治。因此,研究和探討綜合醫(yī)院重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病區(qū)人性化的設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)于完善重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病區(qū)的建設(shè)具有現(xiàn)實(shí)和理論的意義。本文以綜合醫(yī)院重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病區(qū)為主要的研究對(duì)象,以多學(xué)科的研究形式為理論依據(jù)。對(duì)綜合性醫(yī)院重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病區(qū)里活動(dòng)的“人”進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分類研究,提出了“人性化”的設(shè)計(jì)理念,以滿足不同的人在這個(gè)區(qū)域中活動(dòng)的舒適感,這也是國(guó)內(nèi)外重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病區(qū)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。同時(shí)也對(duì)重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病區(qū)的規(guī)模、分類、功能構(gòu)成、流線組織形式等方面,按照“以人為本”的準(zhǔn)則,闡述了重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)原則和方法。希望通過(guò)本課題的研究,可以使現(xiàn)有的重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病區(qū)的建筑設(shè)計(jì),積累更多有價(jià)值的研究資料和知識(shí)體系。為今后的重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)提供科學(xué)的參考價(jià)值和設(shè)計(jì)建議。這也是本文的終旨。
[Abstract]:Intensive Care Unitu (ICU) is a new field of modern medicine, which has a history of more than 30 years in China. As a clinical base of critical medicine, it concentrates a large number of critically ill patients, the most advanced medical equipment and professional medical staff. Its development has saved the lives of a large number of critically ill patients. As an important unit in the hospital, it plays an increasingly important role in the medical system with its rapid development in recent years and great achievements in the medical field. At the same time, it has also aroused widespread concern. At the turn of the century, China's medical architecture is in a period of rapid development. In recent years, domestic hospitals are constantly being built and renovated. The existing intensive care ward at all levels of general hospitals has some problems, such as unreasonable layout, imperfect function and no humanization. As an important part of hospital, ICU is the place where critical patients stay in hospital for a long time. The humanized intensive care area can relieve the pain and depression of the critically ill patients. It can reduce the stress of medical staff, make them more pleasant working atmosphere, and help them to work efficiently. Can also appease the patient's family mood, make it cooperate with the medical staff to carry out the treatment of the patient. Therefore, it is of practical and theoretical significance to study and discuss the humanized design of intensive care ward in general hospital. This article takes the intensive care ward of the general hospital as the main research object and takes the multi-disciplinary research form as the theoretical basis. In order to satisfy the comfortable feeling of different people in this area, the "human beings" in the intensive care ward of the general hospital were systematically classified, and the design concept of "humanization" was put forward. This is also an inevitable trend in the development of intensive care units at home and abroad. At the same time, the design principles and methods of intensive care ward are expounded according to the principle of "people-oriented" in the aspects of scale, classification, functional composition and streamline organization form of intensive care ward. It is hoped that through the research of this subject, the architectural design of the existing intensive care ward can accumulate more valuable research materials and knowledge system. To provide scientific reference value and design suggestion for the design of intensive care ward in the future. This is also the final purpose of this paper.
