【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國建筑業(yè)進(jìn)入了高速發(fā)展的時(shí)期,一度成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長點(diǎn)。社會(huì)資金的紛紛涌入,使得建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)規(guī)模和投資規(guī)模都實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨越式的發(fā)展。建設(shè)工程的施工質(zhì)量對(duì)整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目的成功產(chǎn)生直接的影響,同時(shí)建筑工程的質(zhì)量問題也對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展產(chǎn)生較為深遠(yuǎn)的影響。因此對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量的管理工作提出了更高的要求,對(duì)于建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理體系的深入研究工作亦勢(shì)在必行�；诖�,本文以壽光市文化創(chuàng)意大廈建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為藍(lán)本開展施工質(zhì)量管理研究具有重要的理論研究和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文在充分研究建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量管理基本理論和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合具體工程實(shí)例對(duì)施工質(zhì)量管理問題進(jìn)行了研究和探討。首先,簡單介紹了質(zhì)量管理和控制的研究背景、意義以及在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和本文的體系結(jié)構(gòu)；其次,對(duì)施工質(zhì)量管理的內(nèi)容、特點(diǎn)及工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理,用因果分析圖法和控制圖法的方法進(jìn)行探究與分析,奠定本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。然后,本文結(jié)合壽光市文化創(chuàng)意大廈項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理的案例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,介紹了壽光市文化創(chuàng)意大廈建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的概況、建設(shè)方案及項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理目標(biāo)與實(shí)施計(jì)劃。本文通過建立實(shí)證分析模型,探究壽光市文化創(chuàng)意大廈項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理存在的問題及原因,采用層次分析法對(duì)項(xiàng)目存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別和評(píng)價(jià)。最后,建立壽光市文化創(chuàng)意大廈項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量監(jiān)督方案,以期為以后類似項(xiàng)目的施工質(zhì)量管理提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's construction industry has entered a period of rapid development and once became a new growth point of the national economy. With the influx of social funds, the construction scale and investment scale of construction projects have developed by leaps and bounds. The construction quality of the construction project has a direct impact on the success of the whole project, and the quality problem of the construction project also has a profound impact on the healthy development of our economy. Therefore, higher requirements are put forward for the management of construction quality of construction projects, and it is imperative to further study the construction quality management system of construction projects. Based on this, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out construction quality management research based on Shouguang Cultural and Creative Building Construction Project. On the basis of fully studying the basic theory and method of construction engineering quality management, this paper studies and discusses the construction quality management problem with concrete engineering examples. First of all, the research background, significance, development status at home and abroad and the architecture of this paper are briefly introduced. Secondly, the content, characteristics and project quality management of construction quality management are introduced. The method of causality analysis and control chart is used to explore and analyze, which lays the theoretical foundation of this paper. Then, combining with the case of Shouguang cultural and creative building construction quality management, this paper introduces the general situation of Shouguang cultural and creative building construction project, construction plan and project construction quality management objectives and implementation plan. By establishing an empirical analysis model, this paper probes into the problems and causes of the construction quality management of Shouguang Cultural and Creative Mansion Project, and uses AHP to identify and evaluate the risks existing in the project. Finally, the construction quality supervision scheme of Shouguang Cultural and Creative Building project is established in order to provide some reference for the construction quality management of similar projects in the future.
