相變蓄熱蒸發(fā)型空氣源熱泵性能實驗研究

【摘要】:針對北方低溫環(huán)境下空氣源熱泵性能低劣的狀況,開發(fā)設計一種相變蓄熱蒸發(fā)型空氣源熱泵系統(tǒng),相變蓄熱器由蓄熱材料、雙盤管和保溫層組成,該熱泵系統(tǒng)可在供熱-蓄熱、供熱-放熱和除霜-放熱模式下運行。通過人工模擬各種不同環(huán)境溫度對該熱泵系統(tǒng)的不同運行模式進行性能測試。測試結果顯示:相變蓄熱蒸發(fā)型空氣源熱泵系統(tǒng)在3種模式下都具有優(yōu)良的性能,在超低環(huán)境溫度-25℃和-30℃下運行時,制熱性能系數COP分別為2.00和1.94,制熱量仍能滿足供熱需求,同時壓縮機排汽溫度顯著降低。實驗研究結果表明,該相變蓄熱蒸發(fā)型空氣源熱泵系統(tǒng)能夠解決空氣源熱泵在供熱過程中存在的能量供需矛盾,同時可提高空氣源熱泵在低溫運行下的各種性能。
[Abstract]:In view of the poor performance of air source heat pump in the northern low temperature environment, a phase change heat storage evaporative air source heat pump system is developed and designed. The phase change accumulator consists of heat storage material, double coil tube and insulation layer. The heat pump system can be used for heat supply and heat storage. Heating-exothermic and defrosting-exothermic mode of operation. Different operating modes of the heat pump system are tested by artificial simulation of various ambient temperatures. The test results show that the phase-change regenerative evaporative air source heat pump system has excellent performance in all three modes, and operates at ultra-low ambient temperature of -25 鈩,
