【摘要】：快速增長的經濟帶動了建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展，人們對建筑物的要求越來越多，導致造就出建筑工程項目的結構日趨復雜，資源使用量日漸增大的局面，因此加強建筑工程項目管理顯得極其重要。項目管理者一直把質量控制視為質量、成本、工期三大控制目標之首，因為工程質量與社會和人民群眾有密切關系，一旦質量不合格將威脅他們的生命財產安全，那么后果將會不堪設想，所以重點關注質量控制是整個建筑工程項目管理的關鍵，，同時這也是建筑工程質量控制被選擇作為本文研究對象的原因。 市場環(huán)境的激烈競爭迫使建筑施工企業(yè)不得不思考如何提升核心競爭力來獲得長久生存之道以及處于不敗之地，流程管理恰好為這個問題提供了有效解決辦法。本文把先進的流程管理理論引入建筑工程項目質量控制之中，通過對質量控制流程進行剖析、優(yōu)化，實現提高工程質量進而達到增加企業(yè)核心競爭力的目的。為了達成以上目的，本文構建了基于流程管理的建筑工程質量控制系統(tǒng)，所以該系統(tǒng)也是本文研究的重點內容。 本文在閱讀大量文獻基礎上，依次對國內外在建筑工程質量控制、流程管理以及流程管理在建筑工程項目中的應用現狀進行了歸納總結，并進行了簡要評析。為構造基于流程管理的建筑工程質量控制系統(tǒng)，本文闡述剖析了系統(tǒng)中涉及的有關理論：質量控制方面，包含工程質量控制的概念、過程、內容，其中過程從工程實體質量形成時間段、工程項目施工層次兩個角度劃分，內容從4M1E的角度進行分析；流程管理方面，介紹了流程管理的概念、深入理解了流程管理的核心思想，并分析了流程管理與信息化之間的關系；分析方法方面，對目標分解法、關鍵成功因素法和過程流程圖法分別做了闡述。構建基于流程管理的工程質量控制系統(tǒng)時，首先描述了系統(tǒng)的總體架構，再接著從目標指導層、質量流程體系、支撐層和接口層四個層面展開詳細分析，最后把構建的系統(tǒng)應用于某一工程項目，通過具體使用對流程管理在建筑工程質量控制中的應用情況提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The rapid growth of the economy has driven the development of the construction industry, and people are demanding more and more buildings. As a result, the structure of construction projects is becoming more and more complex, and the use of resources is increasing day by day. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the management of construction project. Project managers have always regarded quality control as the first of the three control objectives: quality, cost and duration, because the quality of the project is closely related to the society and the people. Once the quality is not up to standard, it will threaten their life and property safety. So the focus on quality control is the key of the whole construction project management, which is the reason why the quality control of construction engineering is chosen as the object of this paper. The fierce competition in the market environment forces the construction enterprises to think about how to improve the core competitiveness to obtain a long-term survival and an invincible position. Process management provides an effective solution to this problem. In this paper, advanced process management theory is introduced into quality control of construction project. Through analyzing and optimizing quality control flow, the purpose of improving engineering quality and increasing the core competitiveness of enterprises is achieved. In order to achieve the above purpose, this paper constructs a construction engineering quality control system based on process management, so the system is also the focus of this paper. On the basis of reading a large number of documents, this paper summarizes the application of quality control, process management and process management in construction engineering projects at home and abroad in turn, and makes a brief evaluation. In order to construct a construction engineering quality control system based on process management, this paper expounds the related theories involved in the system: quality control, including the concept, process, content of engineering quality control, The process is divided from two angles of engineering entity quality formation period, construction level of engineering project, and content is analyzed from the point of view of 4M1E. In the aspect of process management, the concept of process management is introduced, and the core idea of process management is deeply understood. The relationship between process management and informatization is analyzed, and the objective decomposition method, the key success factor method and the process flow chart method are described respectively in terms of analysis methods. When constructing the engineering quality control system based on process management, the overall architecture of the system is described first, and then the detailed analysis is carried out from four levels: the goal guidance layer, the quality process system, the support layer and the interface layer. Finally, the system is applied to a certain project, and some suggestions on the application of process management in quality control of construction project are put forward.
