【摘要】：供水廠、污水廠的自控系統(tǒng)為保證系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和安全性,一般獨(dú)立組網(wǎng),不與上層的辦公網(wǎng)連接,從而導(dǎo)致龐大的生產(chǎn)歷史數(shù)據(jù)分散保存于各水廠的計(jì)算機(jī)或服務(wù)器中,未能得到有效利用。針對(duì)此問(wèn)題,某水業(yè)集團(tuán)充分利用先進(jìn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù),構(gòu)建生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)智能分析平臺(tái),對(duì)供排水處理過(guò)程中各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集、分類、加工、整理和入庫(kù),對(duì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的執(zhí)行情況進(jìn)行有效管控,輔助管理人員發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在問(wèn)題、制定宏觀決策和生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the stability and safety of the system, the automatic control system of the water supply plant and the sewage plant is generally independent and not connected to the upper office network, resulting in the huge production history data scattered in the computer or server of each water plant. Not being used effectively. In order to solve this problem, a water industry group makes full use of advanced computer technology, such as network communication and data mining, to construct an intelligent analysis platform for production data, and to collect, classify and process the production data in all aspects of the process of water supply and drainage treatment. Organize and enter warehouse, control the implementation of production site effectively, assist management to identify potential problems, make macro decision and production plan.
