鋼—混凝土組合梁耐久性試驗(yàn)研究及時(shí)變可靠性分析

【摘要】:摘要:鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)由于兼有鋼結(jié)構(gòu)和混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),極具應(yīng)用前景。然而,由于長期以來我國在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中對耐久性問題重視不夠,對鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性損傷更是認(rèn)識不足,可能使得結(jié)構(gòu)在使用一段時(shí)間后出現(xiàn)耐久性危機(jī)。本文針對我國鋼-混凝土組合梁耐久性研究中存在的問題,利用人工氣候加速銹蝕方法,分析了腐蝕后鋼-混凝土組合梁的力學(xué)性能退化規(guī)律,并對其時(shí)變可靠性及耐久性壽命進(jìn)行了分析。主要研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)利用干濕循環(huán)加速銹蝕試驗(yàn),研究了銹蝕后栓釘剪力連接件的力學(xué)性能退化規(guī)律,建立了銹后栓釘強(qiáng)度退化模型及其本構(gòu)關(guān)系模型,并對栓釘抗剪承載力設(shè)計(jì)值計(jì)算公式進(jìn)行修正;在已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對型鋼的銹蝕分布規(guī)律、銹蝕深度發(fā)展規(guī)律及銹蝕后力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了分析,為鋼-混凝土組合梁耐久性的研究提供依據(jù)。 (2)利用干濕循環(huán)加速銹蝕試驗(yàn),研究了栓釘銹蝕后推出試件的力學(xué)性能變化規(guī)律,對推出試件的破壞形態(tài)、極限承載力、滑移值、剛度及延性的變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行了分析。 (3)利用干濕循環(huán)加速銹蝕試驗(yàn),研究了腐蝕后鋼-混凝土組合梁的力學(xué)性能變化規(guī)律,對其截面應(yīng)變、極限滑移、剛度及延性的變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行了分析,引入部分抗剪連接組合梁抗剪連接度降低系數(shù)k(ρ),建立栓釘銹蝕后部分抗剪連接組合梁的極限抗彎承載力計(jì)算公式,并對比了試驗(yàn)值與理論計(jì)算結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了該公式的實(shí)用性。 (4)考慮鋼梁銹蝕、混凝土性能劣化以及栓釘銹蝕引起的組合梁抗剪連接程度的降低,建立了組合梁的抗力時(shí)變模型,提出了鋼-混凝土組合梁的時(shí)變可靠性及耐久性壽命分析方法,并以一座公路簡支鋼-混凝土組合梁為例,給出了可靠性分析的具體過程,計(jì)算了該結(jié)構(gòu)的時(shí)變可靠指標(biāo)及耐久性使用壽命,并對其可靠性的影響因素進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:Abstract: steel-concrete composite structure has great application prospect because of its advantages of both steel structure and concrete structure. However, due to the lack of attention to durability in structural design in China for a long time, the durability damage of steel-concrete composite structures is even less understood, which may lead to durability crisis after a period of time. Aiming at the problems existing in the durability study of steel-concrete composite beams in China, the degradation law of mechanical properties of steel-concrete composite beams after corrosion is analyzed by means of accelerated corrosion method in artificial climate. The time-varying reliability and durability life are analyzed. The main contents of the study are as follows: 1) the degradation law of mechanical properties of the corroded bolt shear joint was studied by the accelerated corrosion test of dry and wet cycles, and the strength degradation model and the constitutive relation model of the post-rust bolt were established. On the basis of the existing research results, the corrosion distribution law, corrosion depth development law and mechanical properties after corrosion of section steel are analyzed. It provides a basis for the study of durability of steel-concrete composite beams. (2) by using the accelerated corrosion test of dry-wet cycle, the change of mechanical properties of the specimen was studied, and the change of failure form, ultimate bearing capacity, slip value, stiffness and ductility were analyzed. In this paper, the variation of mechanical properties of steel-concrete composite beams after corrosion is studied by using dry and wet cycle accelerated corrosion test, and the variation rules of cross section strain, ultimate slip, stiffness and ductility are analyzed. A formula for calculating ultimate flexural bearing capacity of partially shear-bonded composite beams after corrosion is established by introducing the coefficient of shear connection reduction k (蟻), and the experimental results and theoretical results are compared to verify the practicability of the formula. Considering the corrosion of steel beam, the deterioration of concrete performance and the decrease of shear connection degree of composite beam caused by pin corrosion, the time-varying model of resistance of composite beam is established. The time-varying reliability and durability life analysis method of steel-concrete composite beam is put forward. Taking a simply supported steel-concrete composite beam as an example, the concrete process of reliability analysis is given. The time-varying reliability index and durability service life of the structure are calculated, and the influencing factors of its reliability are analyzed.
