【摘要】：近年隨著建筑行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展及建筑工程的數(shù)量增多,難免會(huì)出現(xiàn)一系列的工程質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,特別是外窗及墻體滲水現(xiàn)象也日益突出。通過(guò)具體工程外窗及墻體滲水問(wèn)題的檢測(cè)鑒定,利用淋水試驗(yàn)、水密性實(shí)驗(yàn)等,找出該工程外窗及墻體存在的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,并分析其滲水原因,為以后外窗及墻體施工提供一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the construction industry and the increase in the number of construction projects, it is inevitable that a series of engineering quality problems will occur, especially the phenomenon of water seepage from outside windows and walls is becoming increasingly prominent. The quality problems of the outer window and the wall of the project are found out by testing and identifying the seepage problems of the exterior window and the wall of the project, and the reasons for the seepage are analyzed by using the sprinkling test and the water tightness test, etc. It provides some reference for the construction of outer window and wall.
