地鐵車站深基坑開挖對臨近建筑物影響的監(jiān)測及數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國的許多城市正在逐步建立和規(guī)劃著建設城市地鐵工程項目,隨之而來的會產(chǎn)生大量的深基坑施工過程中的問題,并與深基坑開挖深度和規(guī)模逐步擴大有著密切的關(guān)聯(lián),這也將是許多新的土木工程需要解決的問題。尤其是在我國的城市,建筑物所處位置相對比較集中的區(qū)域,地下管道分布比較密集復雜的地段,施工條件要求較高的交通要道的區(qū)段,深基坑開挖過程中的安全性和穩(wěn)定性、施工過程中影響周圍環(huán)境以及由此產(chǎn)生的問題所造成的城市環(huán)境建設和交通管理問題已成為地鐵工程項目建設的重點和難點問題。 本文以無錫市河埒口地鐵車站深基坑開挖過程為例,通過有限元軟件ANSYS,對于深基坑開挖過程對周圍臨近建筑物的影響以及現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)分析的結(jié)果進行了討論,通過大量地搜集有關(guān)無錫市河埒口地鐵車站的設計資料以及周圍的水文地質(zhì)資料,來得到與建模相關(guān)的計算參數(shù),通過對深基坑的開挖過程進行了分析,對在不同施工工況的情況之下,應用ANSYS仿真數(shù)值模擬的方法,,建立了地下連續(xù)墻、鋼筋混凝土支撐、鋼支撐、土層以及周圍臨近建筑物作為一個整體系統(tǒng)的有限元模型,分析在深基坑開挖過程開挖過程中土層的變形、地下連續(xù)墻變形和受力情況以及內(nèi)支撐的應力分布。與此同時,對河埒口地鐵車站深基坑現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進行分析:主要分析居民樓豎向位移、居民樓附近地表豎向位移、居民樓附近墻體深層水平位移、居民樓附近土體深層水平位移、混凝土支撐軸力、鋼支撐軸力。然后將這些現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)與數(shù)值仿真模擬結(jié)果進行對比分析。得出兩個數(shù)據(jù)基本一致,這就可以對于數(shù)值仿真模擬過程所得出的結(jié)果進行驗證,這就可以為以后的地鐵車站深基坑的安全施工提供了一定的理論依據(jù)以及實踐指導性的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many cities in our country are gradually establishing and planning urban subway projects, which will lead to a large number of problems in the construction process of deep foundation pit. It is closely related to the depth and scale of deep foundation pit excavation, which will also be a problem to be solved in many new civil engineering projects. Especially in the cities of our country, where the buildings are relatively concentrated, where the underground pipelines are distributed in dense and complex areas, where the construction conditions are higher, the sections of the main roads, the safety and stability of the deep foundation pit during the excavation process, The problems of urban environmental construction and traffic management caused by the influence on the surrounding environment and the resulting problems in the construction process have become the key and difficult problems in the construction of subway engineering projects. Taking the excavation process of deep foundation pit of Heyukou subway station in Wuxi as an example, the influence of excavation process on nearby buildings and the results of field monitoring data analysis are discussed by means of finite element software ANSYS. By collecting a large number of design data and hydrogeological data about Heyukou subway station in Wuxi City, the calculation parameters related to modeling are obtained, and the excavation process of deep foundation pit is analyzed. Under different construction conditions, the finite element model of underground continuous wall, reinforced concrete bracing, steel bracing, soil layer and adjacent buildings as a whole system is established by using the method of ANSYS simulation numerical simulation. The deformation of soil layer, deformation and stress of underground continuous wall and stress distribution of inner support during excavation of deep foundation pit are analyzed. At the same time, the field monitoring data of deep foundation pit of Hechuankou subway station are analyzed: the vertical displacement of residential building, the vertical displacement of surface near residential building, the deep horizontal displacement of wall near residential building, Deep horizontal displacement of soil around residential building, axial force of concrete support and axial force of steel support. Then the field monitoring data and numerical simulation results are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the two data are basically the same, which can be used to verify the results of the numerical simulation process. This can provide a certain theoretical basis and practical significance for the safe construction of deep foundation pit of subway station in the future.
