【摘要】：工業(yè)革命后快速的城市化發(fā)展成為普遍現(xiàn)象，使得快速有效解決空間問題成為城市發(fā)展的首要任務。規(guī)劃師所掌握的制式化、規(guī)格化的空間設計方式成為解決城市空間問題的捷徑。然而因為各個地區(qū)發(fā)展背景的不同，這些方式不能普遍滿足城市空間多元的發(fā)展。尤其是在舊城空間漸進式更新的過程中，相對于新開發(fā)地塊一張“白紙”式的空間背景而言，在面對舊城社區(qū)公共空間形式的多樣和易變性以及人們與其互動方式的多元化，規(guī)劃師所習得的一貫“自上而下”的處理城市公共空間的方式在這里顯得不相適應。我們應向現(xiàn)實世界多多學習，從了解舊城居住區(qū)公共空間物質環(huán)境、生成機制以及與居民生活行為的相互關系著手，自下而上的挖掘舊城區(qū)公共空間漸進式更新策略。 本文對廈港這樣一個緩慢呈有機生長的舊城社區(qū)內公共空間及其與居民生活行為的互動情形進行研究。不但著重具體的空間物質要素分析，同時從空間人文環(huán)境、日常生活的視角進行多方面闡述。力求在空間功能性的基礎上，賦予空間社會性；從人們是如何回應當前空間的闡釋中，尋找這種高密度、看似混亂的公共空間背后的隱藏的邏輯。 研究過程中結合了空間實態(tài)調查、行為場所的觀察記錄、環(huán)境群體的深入訪談和圖解分析等調查方法，通過對廈門舊城社區(qū)——廈港片區(qū)中的公共空間物質要素、人們的行為及空間使用方式，，試圖達到下列目標：1.掌握廈港舊城社區(qū)公共空間的構成要素；2.對廈港舊城社區(qū)的公共空間使用進行探討；預期譜出一個屬于地方中公共空間的認知地圖，建構出廈港舊城社區(qū)居民的生活空間特色。3.通過使用者與公共空間之間的互動情形的實例調查與分析，總結出舊城空間中人們與已建空間的相互影響關系，并以此為基礎提出廈港舊城更新中社區(qū)公共空間的更新策略以及為新居住區(qū)公共空間設計提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of urbanization after the Industrial Revolution has become a common phenomenon, which makes the rapid and effective solution of space problems become the primary task of urban development. The standard and standardized space design method is the shortcut to solve the problem of urban space. However, due to the different development backgrounds of different regions, these methods can not generally meet the diverse development of urban space. Especially in the process of the gradual renewal of the old city space, compared with the "white paper" space background of the newly developed land, in the face of the diversity and variability of the public space form of the old city community and the diversification of the way people interact with it, The consistently "top-down" approach to urban public space learned by planners does not fit in here. We should learn more from the real world, from the understanding of the material environment of the public space of the old city residential area, the generation mechanism and the mutual relationship with the residents' life behavior, the bottom-up strategy of digging the public space of the old urban area is gradually renewed. This paper studies the public space and its interaction with residents' living behavior in the community of Xiagang, which grows slowly and organically. It not only focuses on the analysis of the material elements of space, but also expounds from the angle of view of human environment and daily life. On the basis of spatial function, the author tries to endow spatial sociality with the hidden logic behind the high-density, seemingly chaotic public space from how people respond to the interpretation of current space. In the course of the research, it combines the investigation methods of spatial reality investigation, observation record of behavior place, in-depth interview and graphic analysis of environmental groups, and through the material elements of public space in Xiamen Old City Community-Xiamen Port area. How people behave and use space, trying to achieve the following goal: 1. Master the elements of community public space in Xiagang Old City. This paper probes into the use of public space in the community of Xiagang Old City, and expects to map out a cognitive map of the public space belonging to the local community, and to construct the characteristics of living space of residents in the community of Xiagang Old City. Through the investigation and analysis of the interaction between the user and the public space, the interaction between the people and the built space in the old city space is summarized. On this basis, this paper puts forward the renewal strategy of community public space in the renewal of Xiagang Old City and provides reference for the design of public space in new residential area.
