【摘要】：養(yǎng)老院是我國養(yǎng)老設(shè)施體系中重要組成部分,也是現(xiàn)今最為傳統(tǒng),包容性最強的綜合性養(yǎng)老機構(gòu);伴隨新時期老齡人口的迅速增長,我國養(yǎng)老設(shè)施迎來了高速建設(shè)時期。雖然我國現(xiàn)今的養(yǎng)老模式仍以居家養(yǎng)老為主,但高齡、失能、半失能老人數(shù)量增長迅速,此類老人已無法實現(xiàn)在家養(yǎng)老,轉(zhuǎn)而成為綜合性養(yǎng)老院的剛需人群;然而通過實地調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn),大量改建,新建養(yǎng)老院設(shè)施從整體布局、功能空間設(shè)計到間內(nèi)設(shè)施的選擇、布置都沒有妥善考慮此類護理型老人的使用需求;同時,隨時間不斷推移,還將有大量自理型老人向護理型老人轉(zhuǎn)變,這也更加迫使養(yǎng)老院設(shè)施應(yīng)有針對性的為不同健康狀況老人提供各自的生活空間環(huán)境,以滿足自理型和護理型老人的使用需求。本文通過對健康差異性老人的行為特征和對應(yīng)空間需求進行研究,以期能針對不同健康類型老人進行差異性的空間設(shè)計;同時也期望能通過拓展性設(shè)計使原有的自理型老人活動空間在一定程度上也能夠適應(yīng)護理型老人的使用需求。首先,通過文獻研究對國內(nèi)外養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的研究現(xiàn)狀進行綜述總結(jié),進而通過案例類型比較,借鑒學(xué)習(xí)以美國、日本為代表的發(fā)達國家在養(yǎng)老設(shè)施建設(shè)實踐中取得的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗。其次,選定具體的調(diào)查樣本,對養(yǎng)老院設(shè)施進行實態(tài)調(diào)查研究;主要調(diào)查的內(nèi)容為入住老人群體健康狀況以及養(yǎng)老院建筑空間環(huán)境兩大部分;分析養(yǎng)老院老人的健康概況和被調(diào)查設(shè)施存在問題。進而,對設(shè)施內(nèi)的不同健康程度的老人群體進行問卷發(fā)放和跟蹤調(diào)查,對老人差異性的行為特征及具體開展方式進行分類總結(jié),進而分析不同類型老人對空間的使用需求。最終,依據(jù)上述調(diào)查研究得出的老人差異性的需求,嘗試從整體布局、各功能空間的設(shè)計要點以及環(huán)境設(shè)施的選擇配備利用方式等方面來總結(jié)歸納出基于老人健康差異的養(yǎng)老院設(shè)計要點研究。
[Abstract]:Nursing home is an important part of the pension facilities system in China, but also the most traditional, most inclusive comprehensive pension institutions. With the rapid growth of the aging population in the new period, China's pension facilities ushered in a period of high-speed construction. Although the current old-age model of our country is still based on home old-age, but the number of old people who are old, disabled and semi-disabled is growing rapidly. This kind of old people have been unable to provide for the aged at home and become the rigid demand group of the comprehensive nursing home. However, through field investigations, it was found that the large number of alterations, the construction of new nursing home facilities from the overall layout, functional space design to the choice of in-room facilities did not properly take into account the use needs of this type of nursing elderly; at the same time, Over time, there will also be a large number of self-care elderly people changing to care-type elderly people, which will further force nursing home facilities to provide their own living space environment for the elderly with different health conditions. In order to meet the needs of self-care and nursing elderly. In this paper, the behavior characteristics and corresponding spatial needs of the elderly with different health types are studied in order to design the different space for the elderly with different health types. At the same time, it is expected that the original self-care elderly activity space can meet the needs of nursing elderly to a certain extent through extended design. First of all, through literature research on the status quo of pension facilities at home and abroad are summarized, and then through the comparison of case types, learn from the United States, Japan as the representative of the developed countries in the construction of pension facilities in the practice of the relevant experience. Secondly, select the specific investigation sample, carry on the actual investigation research to the nursing home facility, the main content of the investigation is the health condition of the elderly group and the building space environment of the nursing home. To analyze the health situation of the elderly in nursing home and the problems in the investigated facilities. Then, the elderly groups with different health levels in the facilities were investigated by questionnaire, and the behavior characteristics and specific ways of development of the elderly differences were classified and summarized, and then the spatial use needs of different types of elderly were analyzed. Finally, according to the needs of the difference of the elderly, we try to find out the overall layout. The design essentials of each functional space and the selection and utilization of environmental facilities are summarized to sum up the research on the design essentials of nursing home based on the difference of the health of the elderly.
