【摘要】：現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)經(jīng)過近些年的不斷發(fā)展,已被認(rèn)為是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要血脈和基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè),其發(fā)展程度也成為衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家現(xiàn)代化程度和綜合國(guó)力的重要標(biāo)志之一。物流園區(qū)是現(xiàn)代物流系統(tǒng)中的重要物流結(jié)點(diǎn),其合理的選址規(guī)劃對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)代物流的健康快速發(fā)展起著十分重要的作用。交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施作為現(xiàn)代物流的基礎(chǔ)物質(zhì)條件,憑借其在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)完整的布局網(wǎng)絡(luò),迅速擴(kuò)大的建設(shè)規(guī)模,為高效、快速、優(yōu)質(zhì)完成貨物運(yùn)輸提供了重要的保障,進(jìn)而大大增強(qiáng)了物流園區(qū)的有效競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,因此交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃將在很大程度上決定物流園區(qū)的選址布局。 本文以交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對(duì)物流園區(qū)選址的影響為切入點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了基于交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施影響的物流園區(qū)選址模型。首先對(duì)物流園區(qū)選址的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行了概述,對(duì)物流園區(qū)的基本概念進(jìn)行梳理,并結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際對(duì)物流園區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、特征及類型進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)；其次,提出了物流園區(qū)選址的原則、分析和歸納了選址的影響因素,并對(duì)經(jīng)典的選址模型的適用范圍和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析；再次,分析了交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對(duì)物流園區(qū)選址及運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用的影響,并結(jié)合園區(qū)建設(shè)規(guī)模對(duì)選用的混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型加以改進(jìn)；最后對(duì)湖北省孝感市的物流園區(qū)選址實(shí)例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,得到切實(shí)可行的最優(yōu)布局方案。 本論文緊密結(jié)合交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對(duì)物流園區(qū)選址的影響,采用合理的物流園區(qū)選址規(guī)劃的理論和方法,系統(tǒng)地研究了依托交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的物流園區(qū)的選址問題,希望能為今后物流園區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)和發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)提供一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The modern logistics industry has been regarded as an important blood and basic industry in the development of national economy through the continuous development in recent years, and its development degree has also become one of the important symbols to measure a country's modernization degree and comprehensive national strength. Logistics park is an important logistics node in modern logistics system, and its reasonable location planning plays a very important role in the healthy and rapid development of modern logistics in China. As the basic material condition of modern logistics, transportation infrastructure, with its complete layout network in the whole country and rapidly expanding construction scale, provides an important guarantee for efficient, fast and high quality cargo transportation. Therefore, the present situation and strategic planning of transportation infrastructure will determine the location and layout of logistics park to a great extent. Based on the impact of transportation infrastructure on the location of logistics park, this paper constructs a location model of logistics park based on the influence of transportation infrastructure. First of all, it summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge of logistics park location, combs the basic concept of logistics park, and analyzes the development status, characteristics and types of logistics park combined with the reality of our country. Secondly, it analyzes and summarizes the basic concept of logistics park. This paper puts forward the principle of logistics park location, analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors of location selection, and compares the scope of application, advantages and disadvantages of the classical location model. Thirdly, This paper analyzes the influence of transportation infrastructure on the location of logistics park and transportation cost, and improves the selected mixed integer programming model combined with the scale of construction of the park. Finally, it verifies the location of logistics park in Xiaogan, Hubei Province. A feasible optimal layout scheme is obtained. This paper closely combines the influence of transportation infrastructure on the location of logistics park, and adopts the theory and method of reasonable location planning of logistics park, and systematically studies the location problem of logistics park based on transportation infrastructure. This paper hopes to provide some reference for the planning and construction of logistics park and the development of modern logistics industry.
