鉆孔灌注樁后注漿技術(shù)在廊坊文化藝術(shù)中心項(xiàng)目的應(yīng)用分析

【摘要】:本文第一部分先介紹了鉆孔灌注樁后注漿技術(shù)國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及該技術(shù)的工作原理和作用機(jī)理,結(jié)合舉例國內(nèi)大量鉆孔灌注樁后注漿試樁靜力載荷試驗(yàn)效果的對比數(shù)據(jù),說明在不同的巖土工程地質(zhì)條件下,樁底(樁側(cè))后注漿對不同樁基持力土層(基巖、砂礫、粉砂土、粘土)中鉆孔灌注樁的適用性,即后注漿對單樁承載力的提高幅度,持力土層從粘土-粉砂-砂層-礫石層,顆粒越粗、樁底后注漿的效果越好。 本文第二部分先簡述了廊坊文化藝術(shù)中心主題園工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的特征及樁基設(shè)計(jì)要求,根據(jù)《巖土工程勘察報(bào)告》,具體描述了項(xiàng)目地基持力土層物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)和樁基參數(shù),并介紹了試樁施工專項(xiàng)施工方案中的重點(diǎn)施工工藝及質(zhì)量保證措施,然后具體分析了廊坊文化藝術(shù)中心主題園建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目第一、第二次工程靜力載荷試樁以及調(diào)整樁基設(shè)計(jì)的經(jīng)過,用具體的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)說明鉆孔灌注樁后注漿技術(shù)對不同持力土層的效果不同,科學(xué)合理的估算工程項(xiàng)目鉆孔灌注樁后注漿對單樁承載力增幅,是設(shè)計(jì)必須審慎計(jì)算和考慮的。 通過搜集大量相似工程地質(zhì)條件的樁基注漿效果,對比分析在廊坊地區(qū)粉砂、粉細(xì)砂、粉質(zhì)粘土土層中樁基后注漿效果,并討論可能影響影響注漿效果的因素,最后對比本工程靜載結(jié)果的數(shù)據(jù)得出結(jié)論:在樁長34m時(shí),樁側(cè)土層粉砂、粉細(xì)砂、粉質(zhì)粘土為主,,樁底持力層為粉質(zhì)粘土、粉細(xì)砂的鉆孔灌注樁,樁底樁側(cè)采用復(fù)合后注漿施工工藝后,單樁承載力極限值提高1860~2386kN,合理可控的承載力增幅應(yīng)在35%~40%之間的結(jié)論,以期為今后的設(shè)計(jì)與施工提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The first part of this paper first introduces the development of post-grouting technology of bored pile at home and abroad, as well as the working principle and working mechanism of the technology, and combines with the comparative data of static load test results of a large number of domestic examples of post-grouting test piles of bored cast-in-place piles in China. It is shown that under different geotechnical engineering geological conditions, the applicability of post-grouting of pile bottom (side of pile) to bored pile in different soil layers of pile holding capacity (bedrock, gravel, silty sand, clay), that is, the increase of bearing capacity of single pile by post grouting. From clay-silt-sand-gravel layer, the thicker the grain, the better the grouting effect after pile bottom. In the second part of this paper, the characteristics of the construction project of Langfang Culture and Art Center theme Park and the design requirements of pile foundation are briefly introduced. According to the Geotechnical Engineering Survey report, the physical and mechanical properties and pile foundation parameters of the soil layer of the foundation of the project are described concretely. This paper also introduces the key construction technology and quality assurance measures in the special construction plan of test pile construction, and then analyzes concretely the construction project of Langfang Culture and Art Center theme Park. The static load test pile of the second engineering and the process of adjusting the design of pile foundation are used to show that the grouting technology after bored pile has different effects on different soil layers with different holding capacity with concrete test data. The scientific and reasonable estimation of the increase of the bearing capacity of single pile after grouting of bored cast-in-place pile in engineering project must be carefully calculated and considered in the design. By collecting a large number of similar engineering geological conditions, the grouting effect of pile foundation in Langfang area is compared and analyzed, and the factors that may affect the grouting effect are discussed. Finally, by comparing the static load data of the project, the conclusion is drawn: when the pile length is 34m, silty sand, silty sand and silty clay are dominant in the soil layer of the pile side, the bearing layer of the pile bottom is silty clay, and the bored pile with fine silty sand. The limit value of bearing capacity of single pile is increased by 1860 ~ 2386kN, and the reasonable and controllable increase of bearing capacity should be in the range of 3540% after adopting compound post-grouting construction technology on the pile bottom side, in order to provide the basis for the design and construction in the future.
