企業(yè)供水遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控與故障報(bào)警系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和科技的發(fā)展,供水遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控與故障報(bào)警系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,企業(yè)通過(guò)建立自動(dòng)化供水遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控與故障報(bào)警系統(tǒng),對(duì)水資源合理配置、節(jié)能考核、泄漏故障診斷、降低職工勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、高效管理等方面均具有重要價(jià)值。由于技術(shù)局限、環(huán)境復(fù)雜等原因,很多企業(yè)的供水遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控與故障報(bào)警系統(tǒng)存在收集數(shù)據(jù)信息量少、數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)性差、效率低、誤差大、系統(tǒng)封閉、自動(dòng)化程度低等不足。本研究依托新型傳感器、Zigbee無(wú)線通訊、Web發(fā)布、GSM短信息、組態(tài)軟件等技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了企業(yè)供水遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控與故障報(bào)警系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)采集、無(wú)線傳輸、在線監(jiān)測(cè)和分析、短信報(bào)警、可視化界面及遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控與故障報(bào)警等功能。 通過(guò)研究國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)供水遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控與故障報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展及現(xiàn)狀,闡述了現(xiàn)有技術(shù)下企業(yè)供水遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控與故障報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的不足,并介紹了企業(yè)供水遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控與故障報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)措施及未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向。詳細(xì)闡述了企業(yè)供水系統(tǒng)在遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控與故障報(bào)警方面的研究成果,提出一套設(shè)計(jì)方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)現(xiàn)有企業(yè)供水遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控與故障報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)。 企業(yè)供水遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控與故障報(bào)警系統(tǒng)包括水源井系統(tǒng)和供水管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)。水源井系統(tǒng)要合理配置水源,綜合各管網(wǎng)水量需求,適時(shí)控制水源井水泵工作狀態(tài)參數(shù);管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)主要檢測(cè)各個(gè)用水點(diǎn)的狀態(tài)信息,對(duì)水源的配置起到了積極作用。故障報(bào)警主要分為水源井故障報(bào)警和供水管網(wǎng)管道泄漏報(bào)警。故障報(bào)警系統(tǒng)結(jié)合模糊計(jì)算理論,分析了水源井水泵故障;采用漏水聲波檢測(cè)法、流量計(jì)差度法、管道水壓力波動(dòng)檢測(cè)法,對(duì)管網(wǎng)漏水故障進(jìn)行了分析。 本系統(tǒng)采用主從式工作方式運(yùn)行,從站負(fù)責(zé)采集各個(gè)采集點(diǎn)的數(shù)據(jù)信息,主站負(fù)責(zé)收集信息并且存儲(chǔ)信息。各從站將采集的數(shù)據(jù)信息,通過(guò)Zigbee無(wú)線傳輸給主站,主站經(jīng)過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)信息的處理,做出相應(yīng)的判斷決策,反饋給分站。上位機(jī)組態(tài)軟件與SQL server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)相結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)信息存儲(chǔ)、歷史數(shù)據(jù)查詢等功能。與GSM短信收發(fā)技術(shù)相結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)距離、異地通過(guò)手機(jī)短信即可查看系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的數(shù)據(jù)信息。與INTERNET互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)相結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)在任何時(shí)間、任意有網(wǎng)絡(luò)的地方都能查看系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)時(shí)信息,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)共享、信息共享、系統(tǒng)各網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)共享等功能。通過(guò)可編程邏輯控制器PLC、數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊、Zigbee無(wú)線通訊模塊、以太網(wǎng)模塊等硬件協(xié)調(diào)工作,使系統(tǒng)具有運(yùn)行可靠性高、穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)、通訊實(shí)時(shí)性好等特點(diǎn)。 通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際安裝調(diào)試和試運(yùn)行,證明了系統(tǒng)具有可靠性高、穩(wěn)定性好、通訊傳輸誤碼低、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸精確可靠等特點(diǎn),有效解決了目前大多數(shù)企業(yè)供水遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控與故障報(bào)警系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the development of science and technology, the field of remote monitoring and fault alarm system of water supply has been developed greatly. Leak fault diagnosis, labor intensity reduction and efficient management are of great value. Because of the limitation of technology and complex environment, the remote monitoring and fault alarm system of water supply in many enterprises has some shortcomings, such as less data information, poor real-time, low efficiency, large error, closed system and low degree of automation, etc. Based on the technology of GSM short message and configuration software, the remote monitoring and fault alarm system of water supply in enterprise is designed, which realizes data acquisition, wireless transmission, on-line monitoring and analysis, short message alarm, etc. Visual interface and remote monitoring and fault alarm functions. By studying the development and present situation of remote monitoring and fault alarm system for water supply in enterprises at home and abroad, the deficiency of remote monitoring and fault alarm system for water supply in enterprises under the existing technology is expounded. The improvement measures and future development of remote monitoring and fault alarm system for water supply in enterprises are also introduced. In this paper, the research results on remote monitoring and fault alarm of water supply system in enterprises are described in detail, and a set of design scheme is put forward to improve the remote monitoring and fault alarm system of water supply in existing enterprises. Water supply remote monitoring and fault alarm system includes water well system and water supply pipe network system. The water source well system should allocate water reasonably, synthesize the water demand of every pipe network, control the working state parameter of water source well pump in time, and the pipe network system mainly detects the state information of each water point, which plays an active role in the allocation of water source. Fault alarm is mainly divided into water well fault alarm and pipeline leakage alarm. Based on the fuzzy calculation theory, the fault of water pump in water well is analyzed, and the leakage fault of pipe network is analyzed by using the detection method of water leakage sound wave, the difference method of Flowmeter and the detection method of water pressure fluctuation in pipeline network. The system operates in master-slave mode. The slave station is responsible for collecting the data of each collection point, and the master station is responsible for collecting information and storing information. Each slave station transmits the collected data information to the master station by Zigbee wireless. The master station processes the data information to make the corresponding judgment decision and feedback to the sub-station. The upper computer configuration software and SQL server database technology are combined to realize the functions of storing data information and querying historical data. Combined with GSM short message sending and receiving technology, remote and remote mobile phone SMS can be used to view the data information of the system. Combined with INTERNET Internet technology, it can view the dynamic real-time information of the system running anywhere at any time, and then realize the functions of data sharing, information sharing, sharing of network nodes and so on. By means of PLC, Zigbee wireless communication module, Ethernet module and so on, the system has the characteristics of high reliability, strong stability, strong anti-interference ability and good real-time communication. It is proved that the system has the characteristics of high reliability, good stability, low communication error code and accurate and reliable data transmission. It effectively solves the problems existing in the remote monitoring and fault alarm system of water supply in most enterprises.
