【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,城市化進(jìn)程迅速加快,城市越來越成為了人類的聚居地,城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的前提,因此,,城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展是人類可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。 城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施為城市提供水利綜合服務(wù),是城市經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)各項(xiàng)事業(yè)發(fā)展的保證,也是城市現(xiàn)代化水平高低的一個(gè)重要評判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。沒有城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的發(fā)展,城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長就會(huì)受阻。城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)關(guān)系到社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、人口和資源環(huán)境等眾多方面,國內(nèi)外的眾多實(shí)證分析中可以看出,先進(jìn)高效的城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不僅可以大幅度的促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,還可以協(xié)調(diào)各方面的利益,對于城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的意義。近年來,我國在城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的規(guī)劃建設(shè)方面取得了長足的進(jìn)步發(fā)展,但是由于建國初期科學(xué)技術(shù)落后以及長期以來水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的欠賬太多,隨著城市化水平的不斷提高,城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和城市人口不斷擴(kuò)增,城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施已近跟不上潮流,發(fā)展滯后,負(fù)荷也日益增大,城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施成為經(jīng)一部發(fā)展的瓶頸,嚴(yán)重制約了經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。 在這樣的背景之下,本文對城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施進(jìn)行重新定位,提出將景觀作為設(shè)計(jì)策略引入城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)與改造的過程中,使城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與景觀密切結(jié)合,一方面提高了城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的工作效率,另一方面也改善了城市的環(huán)境。 本文首先介紹了城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的研究背景,對其相關(guān)概念和理論進(jìn)行辨析和闡述,并且概述了國內(nèi)外城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。通過傳統(tǒng)城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施弊端的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其與景觀相結(jié)合的巨大潛力,提出將景觀與城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施相結(jié)合,并且進(jìn)一步論述城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施構(gòu)建的設(shè)計(jì)原則與核心策略。接著,本文從城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的三大類型——城市河道、城市防洪基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和城市雨洪管理方面進(jìn)行細(xì)致研究,結(jié)合案例探討城市水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的景觀化方法與途徑。最后,闡述和分析了筆者在研究生期間跟隨導(dǎo)師完成的麻涇港河道景觀生態(tài)改造項(xiàng)目,對我國城市水利景觀基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)與改造提供了參考和重要的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and the rapid acceleration of urbanization, cities have become more and more human settlements. The development of urban economy is the prerequisite for the development of the world economy. The sustainable development of cities is the key to the sustainable development of human beings. Urban water conservancy infrastructure provides comprehensive water conservancy services to the city, which is the guarantee of the development of urban economic and social undertakings, and an important criterion of the level of urban modernization. Without the development of urban water infrastructure, the city's economic growth will be blocked. The construction of urban water conservancy infrastructure is related to many aspects, such as society, economy, population and resource environment, etc. It can be seen from many empirical analyses at home and abroad. Advanced and efficient urban water conservancy infrastructure can not only greatly promote the economic development, but also coordinate the interests of all aspects, which is of great significance to the sustainable development of the city. In recent years, China has made great progress in the planning and construction of urban water conservancy infrastructure. However, due to the backward science and technology in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China and the long overdue debts of water conservancy infrastructure, With the development of urbanization, the development of urban economy and the expansion of urban population, the urban water conservancy infrastructure has been unable to keep up with the trend, the development is lagging behind, the load is increasing day by day, the urban water conservancy infrastructure has become the bottleneck through a development. Seriously restricted the development of the economy. Under this background, this paper reorientates the urban water conservancy infrastructure, and puts forward the idea of introducing landscape as a design strategy to the construction and reconstruction of urban water conservancy infrastructure, so that the urban water conservancy infrastructure and landscape can be closely combined. On the one hand, it improves the working efficiency of urban water conservancy infrastructure, on the other hand, it also improves the urban environment. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background of urban water conservancy infrastructure, differentiates and expounds its related concepts and theories, and summarizes the development status of urban water conservancy infrastructure at home and abroad. Through the analysis of the disadvantages of the traditional urban water conservancy infrastructure, the great potential of combining it with the landscape is found, and the combination of the landscape and the urban water conservancy infrastructure is proposed. And further discusses the design principles and core strategies of urban water infrastructure construction. Then, this paper makes a detailed study on the three types of urban water conservancy infrastructure: urban river, urban flood control infrastructure and urban rain flood management, and discusses the landscape methods and approaches of urban water conservancy infrastructure in combination with a case study. Finally, this paper expounds and analyzes the ecological reconstruction project of river channel landscape in Majing Port, which was completed by the author during the graduate school period, which provides a reference and important practical significance for the construction and reconstruction of urban water resources landscape infrastructure in China.
