廣州生活性街谷熱環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)策略研究

【摘要】:街谷,是人、氣候、建筑相互作用的集中區(qū)域,也是室外行人活動(dòng)的主要場(chǎng)所,其熱環(huán)境質(zhì)量的好壞,直接關(guān)系到行人的安全、舒適和周邊建筑的能耗。本文以ENVI-met模擬為主要技術(shù)手段,結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)研和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試,分析各設(shè)計(jì)要素對(duì)廣州生活性街谷熱環(huán)境的影響,提出面向?qū)嶋H的熱環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)策略,主要工作和結(jié)果如下: 通過廣州市天河區(qū)20條生活性街谷的實(shí)地調(diào)研,獲取廣州生活性街谷的主要特征為:支路為主,次干道為輔,東西和南北走向居多;高層建筑為主,多層為輔,高寬比0.4~3;人行道和建筑淺色鋪裝,太陽(yáng)輻射反射率0.25~0.5;街谷綠化以細(xì)葉榕為主,綠化覆蓋率9%~33%。 通過廣州典型生活性街谷的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試發(fā)現(xiàn),街谷內(nèi)氣溫分布主要由太陽(yáng)輻射影響決定,街谷整體熱環(huán)境呈延遲特征,ENVI-met模擬的氣溫和濕度誤差較小,風(fēng)速和MRT誤差較大,SET的模擬性能為RMSE2.09℃,一致性指數(shù)0.57。 通過廣州生活性街谷熱環(huán)境的數(shù)值模擬正交試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn):走向?qū)岘h(huán)境的貢獻(xiàn)最大,其次為高寬比,綠化和表面反射率,,其中綠化的貢獻(xiàn)中午比早晚大;最優(yōu)走向?yàn)闁|南-西北走向,東西走向在早上和中午時(shí)段優(yōu)于南北走向,晚上時(shí)段較差;高寬比取大為好,建筑高度統(tǒng)一比高低不一為好。 結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)研和現(xiàn)有規(guī)范,通過尋優(yōu)歸納得到各級(jí)別廣州生活性街谷的熱環(huán)境優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)策略和方法。
[Abstract]:Street Valley is a concentrated area of interaction among people, climate and buildings, and is also the main place for outdoor pedestrian activities. The quality of its thermal environment is directly related to the safety, comfort and energy consumption of the surrounding buildings. Taking ENVI-met simulation as the main technical means, combined with field investigation and field test, this paper analyzes the influence of various design elements on the thermal environment of Guangzhou Shengliao Street Valley, and puts forward a practical thermal environment design strategy. The main work and results are as follows: Based on the field investigation of 20 living street valleys in Tianhe District of Guangzhou City, the main characteristics of Guangzhou Shengliao Street Valley are as follows: the branch roads are the main ones, the secondary main roads are the secondary ones, the east-west and the north-south are the main ones, the high-rise buildings are the main ones, and the multi-stories are the auxiliary ones. The ratio of height to width is 0.4 ~ 3, the pavement and building are light colored, the solar radiation reflectance is 0.25 ~ 0.5.The greening of the street valley is mainly figs with a greening coverage of 90.33%. It is found that the distribution of air temperature in the canyon is mainly determined by solar radiation, and the temperature and humidity error of ENVI-met simulation is small.
