【摘要】：宿遷中央國(guó)際購(gòu)物廣場(chǎng)工程插入式巨型鋼柱柱腳伸入混凝土筏板內(nèi)1m。筏板混凝土澆筑前,安裝鋼柱柱腳。針對(duì)工程施工難點(diǎn),經(jīng)方案比選,采用錨栓架及錨栓桿的懸空法施工工藝和雙螺母調(diào)節(jié)技術(shù),避免混凝土二次澆筑。介紹了錨栓架安裝、錨桿安裝、雙螺母設(shè)置、柱腳安裝、鋼柱校正等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)點(diǎn),保證了施工質(zhì)量,取得了良好的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Suqian central international shopping plaza project insert giant steel column foot into concrete raft 1 m. Before the raft concrete pouring, install the steel column foot. In view of the difficulties in construction, the construction technology of suspension method of anchor frame and bolt and double nut adjustment technology are adopted to avoid the secondary pouring of concrete by comparing and selecting the scheme. The key technical points such as bolting frame installation, anchor rod installation, double nut installation, column foot installation and steel column correction are introduced. The construction quality is guaranteed and good social and economic benefits are obtained.
