【摘要】：機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老將成為我國未來家庭養(yǎng)老的重要補充，而且在今后一段時間內(nèi)，它在我國養(yǎng)老模式中的比例將逐年上升。當前我國對養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)在數(shù)量上和服務(wù)層次多元化方面都有較大的需求，然而養(yǎng)老設(shè)施嚴重不足、層次少，不能滿足我國當前和未來一段時間的養(yǎng)老需求。養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)面臨大量建設(shè)期，建設(shè)方和設(shè)計方大多缺乏建設(shè)經(jīng)驗，加之國家相關(guān)規(guī)范與標準對建設(shè)的引導存在多方面的不足，對老年機構(gòu)具有實踐意義的研究是當前的重要課題。 論文寫作源自于在項目實踐中對居室標準和使用面積的思考，研究重點是老年公寓居室配置與尺度的關(guān)系。居室是老人生活的重點空間，與老人生活最為緊密，，是解決基本生活保障的出發(fā)點。本文通過解析老年公寓居室設(shè)備設(shè)施的布置原則、需求差異與配置關(guān)系，在對國家規(guī)范標準的居室尺度數(shù)據(jù)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上，以具有普適性的老年公寓雙人間一居室展開配置與使用面積的研究。與國家規(guī)范標準不同，本文從自理型、介助型、介護型分別討論了居室的設(shè)備設(shè)施及尺度差異性，得出居室的最小尺度及居住部分最小人均建筑面積，作為建設(shè)參照的基本點，并對國家規(guī)范與標準做出進一步的比較分析、適用性反饋和制定建議。適應(yīng)標準變化的研究建立在普適性的居室尺度之上，以滿足多元需求為出發(fā)點，通過彈性設(shè)計方式，討論居室的多元適應(yīng)性，并給出了預(yù)設(shè)尺寸的建議。文章最后，回顧了論文寫作前參與的某老年機構(gòu)實踐項目過程，探討了居室單位尺度乃至功能房間使用面積指標在整個項目層面的重要性，并對該方案的特點和不足進行了闡述。
[Abstract]:Institutional old-age support will become an important supplement to the future family old-age support in our country, and the proportion of institutional old-age pension will increase year by year in the future period of time. At present, there is a great demand for the number and service level of pension institutions in our country. However, the pension facilities are seriously inadequate and lack of levels, which can not meet the current and future pension needs of our country for a period of time. Pension institutions are faced with a large number of construction period, most of the constructors and designers lack of construction experience, coupled with the national norms and standards for the guidance of the construction of many aspects of the deficiencies, for the elderly institutions with practical significance of research is an important issue at present. The thesis is written from the thinking of living room standard and using area in the project practice, and the emphasis is on the relationship between the living room allocation and the scale of the old apartment. The bedroom is the key space of the old people's life, and it is the starting point to solve the basic life guarantee. Based on the analysis of the layout principle, the difference of demand and the relationship between the allocation of the apartment equipment and facilities in the old age apartment, the paper combs the data of the bedroom scale of the national standard standard. A study on the allocation and use area of a double room in an apartment for the elderly with universal applicability is carried out. Different from the national standard, this paper discusses the difference of the equipment and the standard of the living room from the self-care type, the assistant type and the protective type, and obtains the minimum scale of the bedroom and the minimum per capita building area of the residential part, which is the basic point of reference for the construction. And to make further comparative analysis of national norms and standards, applicability feedback and formulation recommendations. The study on the change of adaptation standard is based on the universal scale of the living room. The paper discusses the multivariate adaptability of the room by means of elastic design, and gives the suggestion of the preset size. At the end of the paper, the author reviews the process of a practical project of an old age organization before writing the paper, and discusses the importance of the unit size of the bedroom and the index of the usable area of the functional room in the whole project level. The characteristics and shortcomings of the scheme are also discussed.
