集裝箱建筑在中國的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著當(dāng)今社會科技發(fā)展水平的不斷提升,人口的過剩增長、城市可用土地的不斷減少、城市生活和工作節(jié)奏的加快、人員流動的加大以及自然災(zāi)害的侵襲等因素,,沖擊著人類現(xiàn)有的生存方式,使得人類一直在思考與尋找新型的居住與辦公空間模式。此外,全球氣候變暖威脅著整個人類的生存和發(fā)展,而城市里碳排放量的60%來源于建筑1。 在提倡利用創(chuàng)新技術(shù)與機(jī)制發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)和生活方式實(shí)現(xiàn)社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的今天,低碳、節(jié)能成為了建筑領(lǐng)域的關(guān)鍵詞。在探索如何實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑低碳、節(jié)能的過程中,以可回收鋼材為主材的集裝箱改造而來的建筑成為了國外低碳建筑領(lǐng)域的生力軍,成為了建筑界獨(dú)樹一幟的建筑形式。集裝箱建筑不僅能夠滿足人們基本的居住需求,也能適應(yīng)節(jié)約型社會發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的要求,是國家尋求低碳節(jié)能建筑發(fā)展的重要新型手段之一,逐漸成為了建筑行業(yè)關(guān)注的新亮點(diǎn)。 本文從建筑設(shè)計者的角度出發(fā),通過匯總、篩選集裝箱建筑出現(xiàn)至今大量具有代表性的案例,深入總結(jié)集裝箱建筑的發(fā)展歷程、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并從中歸納出集裝箱建筑發(fā)展的一般規(guī)律。然后從集裝箱建筑的特色、空間、建構(gòu)及應(yīng)用等多個角度分析集裝箱建筑的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)研和國外發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),了解目前國內(nèi)集裝箱建筑的生存狀態(tài)和社會反應(yīng),并結(jié)合我國國情探討集裝箱建筑在未來中國發(fā)展與推廣的可能性,挖掘集裝箱建筑在當(dāng)前國內(nèi)得不到長足發(fā)展和適宜應(yīng)用的原因,針對相應(yīng)問題提出合理的解決辦法,為集裝箱建筑的發(fā)展提供適宜的發(fā)展方向和發(fā)展策略,填補(bǔ)了目前國內(nèi)在相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域的空白。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the overpopulation growth, the decrease of available land in cities, the quickening pace of urban life and work, the increasing mobility of people and the attack of natural disasters, etc. Impact on the existing human way of life, human beings have been thinking and looking for a new mode of living and office space. In addition, global warming threatens the survival and development of mankind as a whole, with 60% of the city's carbon emissions coming from buildings. Today, when we advocate the use of innovative technology and mechanism to develop low-carbon economy and lifestyle to realize the sustainable development of society, low carbon and energy conservation have become the key words in the field of construction. In the process of exploring how to realize low carbon and energy saving in building, the building with recycled steel as the main material has become a new force in the field of low carbon construction abroad, and has become a unique architectural form in the field of architecture. Container building can not only meet the basic living needs of people, but also adapt to the requirements of the development of circular economy in a energy-saving society. It is one of the important new means for the country to seek the development of low-carbon energy-saving buildings. Has gradually become the construction industry concerned about the new bright spot. In this paper, from the angle of architectural designers, through summing up and screening a large number of representative cases of container building, the paper summarizes the development course and current situation of container building. From it, the general law of container building development is concluded. Then from the characteristics, space, construction and application of container building, the characteristics of container building are analyzed, and the survival status and social reaction of domestic container building are understood by combining field investigation and experience and lessons of foreign development. Combined with the situation of our country, this paper probes into the possibility of container building developing and popularizing in China in the future, excavates the reasons why container building can not be developed rapidly and suitable for application in China, and puts forward some reasonable solutions to the corresponding problems. It provides suitable development direction and development strategy for container building, and fills the gap in related research field.
