北京市城市中心三大商業(yè)街公共空間分析研究

【摘要】:商業(yè)街歷來是人們進(jìn)行購物、游憩、休閑、社交等活動的重要場所,也是展示城市形象和歷史文化的重要場所。商業(yè)街公共空間也一直是人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本文選取北京市三大標(biāo)志性商業(yè)中心的核心商業(yè)街—西單、王府井、前門為研究對象,從交通可達(dá)性、步行舒適度、空間形態(tài)、建筑首層界面活力四個主要方面著手,結(jié)合歷史緯度上對三大商業(yè)街建設(shè)歷程的梳理,進(jìn)行空間分析研究:以區(qū)位分析為出發(fā)點(diǎn),基于空間句法理論,對西單、王府井、前門三條商業(yè)街的整合度、可達(dá)性等方面進(jìn)行分析;以步行舒適度為出發(fā)點(diǎn),從步行系統(tǒng)、通行能力、鋪裝等多個方面對三條商業(yè)街進(jìn)行分析;以空間形態(tài)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),對三條商業(yè)街的空間尺度和比例進(jìn)行量化分析;以建筑首層界面活力為出發(fā)點(diǎn),挖掘商業(yè)街活力與城市景觀尺度之間的關(guān)系。 本文總共五大章節(jié):第一章為緒論,介紹了選題背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究目的和意義、研究方法等;第二章介紹了與本文相關(guān)的概念及理論;第三章,簡要介紹了北京市商業(yè)中心的歷史發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及現(xiàn)今的商業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),詳細(xì)梳理了三大商業(yè)街的形成背景;第四章是對三大商業(yè)街的空間分析,從交通可達(dá)性、步行舒適度、空間形態(tài)等幾個方面深入探究;第五章基于之前的分析,對三大商業(yè)街空間提出改善性意見。 對三大商業(yè)街建設(shè)歷程的梳理以及相關(guān)的空間分析,引發(fā)了筆者對城市中心商業(yè)街公共空間的“步行優(yōu)先權(quán)”、“公共性”等方面的思考;基于分析對三大商業(yè)街所提出的改善性意見并非是一種范式,而是帶有“實(shí)驗性”探討的性質(zhì)。本論文旨在對商業(yè)街公共空間有更加全面、更加深刻的認(rèn)識和理解,并對“城市”,這個人們探討已久的命題有一個更加深刻的認(rèn)識。
[Abstract]:Shopping street has always been an important place for people to do shopping, recreation, leisure, social activities, but also an important place to display the image of the city and history and culture. Commercial street public space has also been the focus of attention. This paper selects Xidan, Wangfujing and Qianmen as the research objects, starting from four main aspects of traffic accessibility, walking comfort, space form, and interface vigor of the first floor of the building, which are the core commercial streets of the three major iconic commercial centers of Beijing, including Xidan, Wangfujing and Qianmen. Combined with the historical latitude of the three major commercial street construction process combing, the spatial analysis: based on the location analysis, based on the spatial syntactic theory, Xidan, Wangfujing, Qianmen three commercial street integration degree, To analyze the accessibility of the three commercial streets from the aspects of walking system, capacity, pavement and so on; take the space form as the starting point, take the walking comfort degree as the starting point, and take the space form as the starting point, take the space form as the starting point, and take the space form as the starting point. The spatial scale and scale of three commercial streets are analyzed quantitatively, and the relationship between the vitality of commercial street and the scale of urban landscape is excavated based on the vitality of the interface of the first floor of the building. There are five chapters in this paper: the first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background of the topic, the domestic and foreign research status, the purpose and significance of the research, the research methods, etc.; the second chapter introduces the concepts and theories related to this paper; the third chapter, This paper briefly introduces the historical development and the present commercial structure of the commercial center of Beijing, combs in detail the formation background of the three major commercial streets; the fourth chapter is the spatial analysis of the three major commercial streets, which includes the accessibility of traffic and the comfort of walking. The fifth chapter, based on the previous analysis, puts forward some suggestions to improve the space of the three major commercial streets. Combing the construction course of the three major commercial streets and analyzing the relevant space, the author thinks about the "walking priority" and "publicity" of the public space of the central commercial street in the city; Based on the analysis, it is not a paradigm, but an "experimental" discussion, that the improvement opinions on the three major commercial streets are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the public space of the commercial street, and to have a deeper understanding of the "city", which has been discussed for a long time.
