過(guò)硫磷石膏礦渣水泥漿活性鈣檢測(cè)方法研究

【摘要】:研究了過(guò)硫磷石膏礦渣水泥漿活性鈣含量的變化規(guī)律,通過(guò)鹽酸滴定法和EDTA滴定法對(duì)比、試驗(yàn)條件敏感性分析、檢測(cè)方法重復(fù)性和復(fù)驗(yàn)性研究,確立了過(guò)硫磷石膏礦渣水泥漿活性鈣含量的檢測(cè)方法.結(jié)果表明:活性鈣含量比pH值指標(biāo)更能表征過(guò)硫磷石膏礦渣水泥漿的水化活性,與水化產(chǎn)物宏觀性能相關(guān)性更好;由于過(guò)硫磷石膏礦渣水泥漿屬于貧鈣體系,活性鈣含量較低,鹽酸滴定法較EDTA滴定法更適用.鹽酸滴定法的重復(fù)性和復(fù)驗(yàn)性良好,但對(duì)攪拌時(shí)間和攪拌溫度敏感,最終確定攪拌時(shí)間為2h,攪拌溫度為20℃.
[Abstract]:The change rule of active calcium content in persulphogypsum slag cement slurry was studied. By comparison of hydrochloric acid titration and EDTA titration, sensitivity analysis of test conditions, repeatability and reproducibility of detection methods were studied.The determination method of active calcium in persulphogypsum gypsum slag cement slurry was established.The results show that the hydration activity of persulphogypsum slag cement slurry is better than that of pH value, and the hydration product has a better correlation with the macroscopical properties of hydration product, because persulphogypsum gypsum slag cement slurry belongs to the calcium poor system, and the active calcium content is low.Hydrochloric acid titration is more suitable than EDTA titration.The method of hydrochloric acid titration has good reproducibility and reproducibility, but it is sensitive to stirring time and temperature. Finally, it is determined that the stirring time is 2 h and the stirring temperature is 20 鈩,
