【摘要】：低碳城市重要環(huán)節(jié)的綠色交通,目前正面臨前所未有的發(fā)展機遇。如何構(gòu)建綠色、經(jīng)濟、低排放、低污染的城市交通及對外交通體系,是建設(shè)低碳城市的重要內(nèi)容。論文從綠色交通的內(nèi)涵、理念、特征、體系、設(shè)計及系統(tǒng)管理諸多方面給出城市綠色交通規(guī)劃的內(nèi)容與實施方案,并具體應(yīng)用于開發(fā)區(qū)綠色交通規(guī)劃的時間工程中。基于國內(nèi)外綠色交通的發(fā)展分析,闡述了綠色交通的概念、本質(zhì)及實現(xiàn)途徑；通過總結(jié)與傳統(tǒng)交通規(guī)劃的區(qū)別,給出了綠色交通規(guī)劃的特征及研究內(nèi)容。研究了城市綠色交通體系的規(guī)劃及優(yōu)化,包括應(yīng)用公共交通引導(dǎo)城市土地發(fā)展的TOD模式,探究了軌道交通與沿線土地開發(fā)的相互影響；基于交通方式和路網(wǎng)等級結(jié)構(gòu)、密度及斷面設(shè)計,探究了城市對外和內(nèi)部交通體系的組成和功能；基于公共交通、慢行交通(包括自行車和步行)特性、適用情況等的分析,研究了綠色交通系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)容與特點；基于安全性、綠色性、便捷性和環(huán)境友好性的交通組織友好設(shè)計,給出了綠色交通組織的目標(biāo)及實施方法。針對智能交通信號控制與智能停車誘導(dǎo)兩個領(lǐng)域,系統(tǒng)闡述了綠色交通管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具有的智能交通管理功能與措施,并通過交通需求管理具體策略的制定,闡述了綠色交通管理的理念與方案。將本文研究成果應(yīng)用于昆山開發(fā)區(qū)東部新城的綠色交通規(guī)劃實際工程中,給出了相應(yīng)的綠色交通發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與目標(biāo),設(shè)計了相應(yīng)的綠色交通系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃方案,實施了基于綠色交通理念的交通組織優(yōu)化方法,探討了綠色交通管理系統(tǒng)的功能與策略。
[Abstract]:The green transportation of the important link of low-carbon city, is facing unprecedented development opportunity at present.How to build a green, economic, low emission, low pollution urban transportation and external transportation system, is an important content of the construction of low-carbon cities.This paper gives the content and implementation scheme of urban green traffic planning from the connotation, concept, characteristics, system, design and system management of green traffic, and applies it to the time engineering of green traffic planning in the development zone.Based on the analysis of the development of green traffic at home and abroad, this paper expounds the concept, essence and implementation of green traffic, and gives the characteristics and research contents of green traffic planning by summarizing the differences between green traffic planning and traditional traffic planning.This paper studies the planning and optimization of urban green traffic system, including the application of public transport to guide urban land development in TOD mode, explores the interaction between rail transit and land development along the route, based on the traffic mode and road network grade structure,Density and cross-section design to explore the composition and functions of urban external and internal transport systems; based on the characteristics of public transport, slow traffic (including bicycle and walking), applicable situation, etc.This paper studies the content and characteristics of green traffic system, the traffic organization friendly design based on security, green, convenience and environment friendliness, and gives the goal and implementation method of green traffic organization.Aiming at the two fields of intelligent traffic signal control and intelligent parking guidance, the functions and measures of intelligent traffic management system for green traffic management system are expounded systematically, and the specific strategies of traffic demand management are formulated.This paper expounds the concept and scheme of green traffic management.The research results of this paper are applied to the actual project of green traffic planning in the eastern new town of Kunshan Development Zone. The corresponding green traffic development strategy and goal are given, and the corresponding green transportation system planning scheme is designed.The method of traffic organization optimization based on green traffic concept is implemented, and the function and strategy of green traffic management system are discussed.
