【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和生活水平的提高，村民對(duì)住宅居住環(huán)境有著求新求變的心理，并且受到當(dāng)前城市居住標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、價(jià)值觀以及建筑形式等影響，忽視了自身的價(jià)值，誤導(dǎo)了農(nóng)村建筑風(fēng)貌外觀特征的健康發(fā)展，最終導(dǎo)致農(nóng)村住宅建筑建設(shè)的低層次和畸形發(fā)展。 本文以贛東正在實(shí)施社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的農(nóng)村住宅建筑風(fēng)貌的外觀特征為研究對(duì)象，通過文獻(xiàn)閱讀、實(shí)地調(diào)研等多種方法獲取與論文相關(guān)的資料，對(duì)贛東不同農(nóng)村的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行對(duì)比，并運(yùn)用建筑美學(xué)和建筑類型學(xué)理論分析存在的問題，，了解到目前農(nóng)村住宅建筑風(fēng)貌外觀特征的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。在理論研究和現(xiàn)狀解讀的基礎(chǔ)上，分析歸納出贛東農(nóng)村住宅建筑風(fēng)貌外觀特征的設(shè)計(jì)策略，指導(dǎo)當(dāng)?shù)氐慕ㄖL(fēng)貌的外觀特征的建設(shè)，以填補(bǔ)目前贛東農(nóng)村住宅建筑風(fēng)貌的外觀建設(shè)的空白，實(shí)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代的結(jié)合，地域與時(shí)代的聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, the villagers have the mentality of seeking new and changing residential environment, and are influenced by the current urban living standard, values and architectural forms, and ignore their own value.It misleads the healthy development of the style and appearance features of rural buildings, and finally leads to the low level and abnormal development of rural residential building construction.This paper takes the exterior features of rural residential buildings which are carrying out the construction of new socialist countryside in East Jiangxi as the research object, and obtains the relevant materials through literature reading, field investigation and other methods.This paper compares the present situation of different rural areas in east Jiangxi, and analyzes the existing problems by using architectural aesthetics and architectural typology theory, and finds out the development trend of the appearance characteristics of rural residential buildings at present.On the basis of theoretical research and present situation interpretation, this paper analyzes and sums up the design strategy of the style and appearance characteristics of rural residential buildings in east Jiangxi, and guides the construction of the appearance features of local buildings.In order to fill the gap in the appearance construction of rural residential buildings in east Jiangxi at present, the combination of tradition and modern, the connection between region and times can be realized.
